Purchased a pork shoulder tonight. Came home and immediately opened the plastic it was sealed in and it was obviously bad, spoiled meat based on the foul odor. I returned to this Kroger ASAP. Tried to get someone to help and was pointed to a girl. Long story short she had a bad attitude and was trying everything in her power to not give me a refund although I provided my receipt. In addition to the poor customer service, not once did she acknowledge how disgusting and faulty it was that Kroger was selling bad meat. I've been shopping at Kroger since I was a young adult but this incident left me with such a bad taste that I will shop elsewhere no matter how inconvenient it may be.

Ordered for pickup (knee recovery) but still had to go in store and go find a manager to get them,Apparently not knowing the grocery pickup location is my fault for not reading the signage which is *only* visible from the pickup area - a small area directly behind the store. At least that is what "J" the mgr seemed to think; "ma'am, the information is on the sign" (the hidden ones?) Pretty much covers the attitude.

Went to shop here, as I have for 24 years. There used to be carts with small baskets as well as regular large ones. Very convenient for small shopping trips. Today, August 4, at 4:00, there were NONE - either in the store or parking lot. Also, 6of the 12 self-scan lanes were closed. Many businesses are using the excuse of Covid to short-staff, but they'd better understand this not acceptable business as usual.

Lowlife employees from management on down. Especially Amber. Rude & Nasty. My money doesn't go to Kroger anymore.

Disappointed in produce pickup. Bananas look worse than ones I was already had and was about to throw away. And have to go inside store to return. Last bananas I ordered were put in same bag with insecticide spray.

Below par.Customer service is extremely nonchalant. Purchased two bags of frozen shrimp. When I got home and took them out of the bag they were discolored and rubbery. Obviously they were not stored properly in the stockroom for quite awhile and kept at room temperature. Then were placed on the selling floor refrozen. I've had quite a few bad experiences at this location.

This is one of the best Krogers around. I love shopping here. It's nice to go to a place of business and see the same people every week, who are friendly and helpful. This is a well organized and clean store. Job well done employees.

I've been coming here since little and after what happen I'll never return ! As I walk up to the line, cashier starts saying that I can not go over $15 pointing up. Unfortunately this Kroger never has cashiers open only self checkout. Sign said no more than 15 items not no more than $15. Besides her holding the line, she was very loud and disrespectful and rude. Talked to me in a racist way, asking me if I do not understand or what! While she wouldn't let me speak. I had less than 15 items as well had different transitions. I asked for the manager but the cashier of the month came and did nothing. Debbie didn't even respect her either. she just would not stop saying "where I come from we can not scan nothing over $16". If you can not be polite towards customers do not work in customer service. Debbie was couching all over our stuff, kept sneezing as well. She had a napkin coving her mouth! She didn't use no hand sanitizers or wash her hands, the main reason why I'll never come back besides her rudeness disrespectful! Watch the camera of how nasty she is and listen to her loud rudeness !!!! 09/19/2019 5:19 I took a picture of her as proof

Maybe they should check their cooler for mold. Most Kroger beer coolers look like this

I find this Kroger very frustrating. They simply do not have a wide and varied selection of products here. Also, they will be out of stuff. The produce section leaves a lot to be desired. Yesterday, fresh basil was no where to be found. Neither were bean sprouts. That's even after asking an employee for help. Geez. There are no bells and whistles here. Don't waste time looking for any bars to include salad, olive, or soup. Guess I'm spoiled. On a good note, they do have a nice organic selection and the employees are nice. This includes the pharmacy employees, who are particularly nice. The drive-thru pharmacy is a nice touch too. Also, they have the Kroger gas pumps and they with the prices keep me coming back. There is a manager who I see quite often who I find to be not as friendly as he should be. If you are passing right by me and it's early in the morning and I'm the only customer around, you should speak. Customer service: chapter one, page one, sentence one. I will reluctantly refrain from a physical description, but, please, do better. I've never seen you interact with a customer. Again, I observe you quite often. This Kroger, like many, many others in my experience, will have expired items on the shelves, so watch that. I have to check the expiration on everything I pick up here. Often times, I have to not get an item or dig to the back to get something reasonable. Clearly, this not my favorite Kroger.

Yelp keeps telling me to review this Kroger since I have checked in several times. Honestly, I've come here so much, I don't even check in as often as I come. Although this location isn't my favorite Kroger, I do like it. It definitely is much better than the one closer to me. They don't carry as much healthy varieties as I would like, compared to my favorite location but what they have is enough for me to come back and not travel farther. I always do self check outs at Kroger and it's pretty quick here and has a lot of them. Customer service is always good and friendly. 4/2018

The Lilburn Kroger is an older store, though with that said they carry all the goodies that I love and crave and that is Organic baby! They have an excellent selection of organic products. Whether you are looking for organic milks, soaps, almond butter or Kevita Mojita, they usually have it. This location also has a gas station, which is great for all you fuel point lovers. They even have free air for your tires, something that is rare these days. They have six self-checkout stations and the majority of the time the regular checkout lines are not that long. Anyone who needs their Rx filled up or picked up fast, this Kroger also has a drive up pharmacy. Overall I am pretty pleased with this location, except for the Seafood is pretty limited. I stopped by this Kroger the other day to use the ladies room right before I got back into rush hour traffic (This was about 4:40 pm and I live on the far side of the moon) This Kroger is jammed between Lawrenceville highway and Beaver Ruins. It's happening place. It shares the lot with a Chase bank, Sally Beauty, a popular wings place, a Firehouse subs, a McDonalds, T Mobile, a hair salon...heck Santa's workshop could be here...you never know.... This particular store is older and the layout is similar to some of the older smaller Krogers I've been to in the past. It looks like it's had a face lift so it's all shiny and pretty and ready for some spin. I figured since I was here I minds well pick up a few diddys here and there....I ended up picking up 8 cans of fancy fests for my pampered cats (salmon & shrimp-this flavor seems to be the most popular among the feline community because stores seems to run out of this flavor pretty fast)...As I was walking up to the self check-out line the sales associate was laughing at me because I was trying to balance 8 cans of cat food under my chin and a few bags of cat treats. He offered me a basket but explained that there is a method to my madness. If don't do carts or baskets then I can only buy what I can carry. That way I can keep things under budget. He said he was going to have to try that trick when he goes into Walmart for just toothpaste....good luck with that....
