We got here at 6:20 and we were still waiting and it's 7:03 and we ordered literally l large ONE pepperoni and the employees were standing around ignoring us on there phones and talking while we were waiting and 2 other cars were behind us and just straight up left and when the pizza finally came it wasn't cut right and was half ass give 0 stars it sucked terribly

They literally take 1 hour to make a simple pepperoni pizza and it’s not the first time I having this problem. When I go to my other near local I have my pizza ready in less than 10 minutes.

I really appreciated the manager here. I believe his name is Demario. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order after a minor mix up. His demeanor was very professional and pleasant and he even met me outside at my car with my items which took me by surprise as I’ve never witnessed that much effort before from any employee. Thank you Demario, for making my experience better than the other locations and I will definitely be returning to this location in the future as well as referring it to others.

The female running this place is so unorganize that's why this place has a 2.5 rating out of five. It is disgusting! the way that place functions!! She acts like she's doing you a favor.

I’ve tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but this now makes 3 times that either my order was wrong, I had to wait for them to cook it 30 mins after I ordered, or they just didn’t process order all together. I’ve dealt with multiple employees here and they ALL are rude, lazy, and obviously don’t care about the customers. Save yourself some time and grief and go to Dominoes instead!

Good luck getting what you ordered through doordash at this location, constantly getting orders wrong, or "don't have ingredients."

This place has the worst food, customer service, & employees. Every time I have gone here my order has been wrong. The food comes out raw. The employees doesn't wash their hands, no hair nets are worn,and no gloves . The manager has a attitude if you correct her/him. If I could give a 0 stars I would.

Had a online order, they don't even use the pizza portal so you have to wait in line like everyone else. Took me 30 minutes just to pickup my one basic pizza.

It is so bad the service is so slow it took along time for me to get it and once I got home it was not cooked I honestly think it shouldn't even be on service and it was so dirtythe pick up machine does even work like what, the least you can do is fix it and clean like ew, I dont recommend at all

Horrible at drive thru. Sat for almost an hour just to get an order of wings and a pizza.

Worst experience ever! Been in drive thru for over 1hr and when I get to window the person doesn’t even greet or decide to say give me a min or anything like if I’m not even there. They keep handing pizzas to customers walking inside but avoiding drive thru window. Until I almost had to yell to ask if he even taking orders at drive thru window then he decides to acknowledge me. Should have just gone to my regular one instead of this location. Definitely never again. They need to either hire new staff or train them properly.

Staff is rude and won’t greet you, had a deep dish and I was basically eating raw dough, with a side of raw dough with cheese in it . (Deep dish with crazy bread stuffed)
So nasty. Never coming here again.
