I HAD TO WAIT EXTRA TIME LIKE OVERRRR AN HOURRR FOR SOME ORDER I PLACED ON THE APP. THERE WAS 6 EMPLOYEES IN THE BACK AND INSTEAD KF COOKING MY FOOD THEY WERE CHATTING WITH FRIENDS.(LITERALLY DOING ANYTHING BUT MAKING MY PIZZA)

This has to be the worse experience I’ve had with picking an order. Not only did the man in the front not want to give us the order but when he finally “found” the order I placed over the phone with them they didn’t even have the full order. Told us we had to wait another 40min apart from the 40 minutes spent going back and forth with him trying to get our order. Worst customer service ever

Extremely long wait times. Don't keep up with orders. Now they start to lock front door for only drive-thru pick up. Even then I waited over 35min in drive-thru for an order I placed on the app

Worst customer service I have experienced anywhere in a long time. Order placed at 2:59pm. Still not ready at 4:36pm and when I asked the worker about the order he ignored me and then the second time I asked him he just walked away cursing about being short staffed. I left and did not receive my order.

Little Caesars on Lilburn. GIVE YOUR BOSS (DEE) A RAISE!!! He was the only worker and the manager that did everything and EVERYTHING, including redoing my order when a female worker did it wrong and told me she did it right. I came in (my partner grabbed it first but I came back with the messed up order) and there was a line (my partner said there was a line there also when he went and the manager got cussed at and still head his head high when he was the ONLY ONE going and doing everything at 110% to try and serve everyone in a manner) but he was sweet and listened to me and immediately whipped up a new one! I gave him a huge tip as he could’ve just not listened but he handled it professionally and well and I left with my food and a SMILE!!! Now that’s a manager! Thank you, Dee!

No service. I stood in front of the counter. I looked at rach workers face to see that I am there. Still no service. So no Pizza. I had to leave. I can't wait for no food!

I came into your establishment today, Sunday, August 24th and my purchase was tendered at 3:44 pm. The first issue was lack of greeting when I entered. The 2 young men seemed more concerned with each other, than me, as a customer. I placed an order for CHESSE crazy puffs. While waiting, I used the soda vending machine and selected grape soda. I was vended a Diet Pepsi, which isn’t even an option on the machine. I let the Black gentleman with locs, know and he shrugged and said there wasn’t anything he could do. I was upset, but decided to let it go. This can be viewed on your cameras.

I got home with my order and bit into my CHEESE puffs only to discover PEPPERONI inside. As a MUSLIM woman this was infuriating and disrespectful. I don’t have to state my faith when ordering, for my order to be correct. I immediately returned to the store and asked for names and the only name offered to me was “Terry,” who is supposedly the manager. I have video of my experience when I returned. The only person that expressed any form of regret was a young lady that had just started her shift. She retuned my money, but that doesn’t seem to be enough and I am fully prepared to take as much action as possible to rectify this. I fully expect a response upon receipt.

We got here at 6:20 and we were still waiting and it's 7:03 and we ordered literally l large ONE pepperoni and the employees were standing around ignoring us on there phones and talking while we were waiting and 2 other cars were behind us and just straight up left and when the pizza finally came it wasn't cut right and was half ass give 0 stars it sucked terribly

They literally take 1 hour to make a simple pepperoni pizza and it’s not the first time I having this problem. When I go to my other near local I have my pizza ready in less than 10 minutes.
