I ordered my usual cheese pepperoni pizza. He said there was a 6 minute wait so I got excited thinking this is going to be hot and fresh! At any rate I got the pizza in 5 minutes and was sooo disappointed. How can a fresh hot out the oven pizza that I have to wait on be overcooked??! Crust was over cooked and hard and pizza overall was just dry. I love Little Caesar’s and usually they never fail. This was my first trip to this location and my last.
The on-site technology worked PLUS the gentleman working the counter was available the entire time, opposed to leaving the guests hanging around the lobby like hangry decorations. This kind of hospitable customer service was giving anti-lame & anti-lousy.

THIS is THE location you should be seeking when you're craving some Little Caesars. Speedy service, always on time, and polite employees who actually care about the costumer. I've only been here a handful of times because it's a bit far from my place, but I'll be coming back from now on, since my local Little Caesars is a complete mess! Excellent work guys!
