Missed the cheese on my daughter's cheeseburger. Brought it to the counter with a receipt that showed "add cheese" and they questioned if the order was right or wrong... I'll keep this a summary and not explain the ridiculousness of the scenario further

The food here is usually cooked the way you would expect, though the premium chicken is often overcooked and dry. It would be juicy if they would cook it to an internal temp of 170°, instead of 185°. The manager should check the temp logs and see if I'm wrong. I usually order breakfast from here because the coffee was good, and you could add espresso to make it strong and keep you awake. I canceled my order because they don't seem to sell any drinks with espresso anymore. That was the main reason I ordered McDonald's at all. Now they are competing biscuit to biscuit with Chick-fil-a, and their chicken doesn't hold up. The coffee was their edge. Now they only have regular coffee that doesn't keep me going at work. I will be looking for another restaurant to order from that has good coffee and good food. The dinner menu has been stagnant for years, too. I almost never order dinner from them for that reason.

My daughter and I visit this McDonalds very frequently. I love the freshness of the food and the customer service. However, the women's bathroom always has a very terrible smell. I'm not sure if it's coming from the vents or lack of ventilation, but it's very off-putting. It also always looks so unclean.
