I’m honestly not sure why the ratings here are not higher coming from a person that literally does not eat McDonald’s. I love this location. The people that work there are very polite and have great customer service skills and the food is always hot and fresh ! I drive a further distance for this one

I Appreciate the help that I got from Wyndham this morning. I noticed that it looked like he was running the register and the front almost look like he was making the food as well. I just hope his efforts are being recognized.It looks like he needs more help.

Jackie was the nicest person I have ever met to give me my drive thru order and she was just as excited as we were that this location was open. Kind service with a smile and the best McNuggets and McDouble I’ve ever had. With smiles! Five stars. No notes.

I’m convinced they out all the slow people on the shift together at night. Ridiculous.
It was a slow Tuesday night. We asked for three freshly dropped McChicken‘s with cheese. They were too lazy to put the bun on right so all three of them look messy with excess mayonnaise and lettuce.

Came today - 9/6/25 at 3:55pm. Hispanic lady in her early 30s was very rude for no reason. Looked like a manager. We offered to pay for a toy separately, which I’ve had no problem doing in any McDonalds but she said no. On some weird power trip but that’s okay. Never going here again. It’s dirty and my kid got sick from their food.

Waited in line at the front for 5 minutes to ask for a cup holder to carry all my drinks. No one came over to service me, but I got service glances. The only one who tried to help me was the kind man mopping the floors, but at that point, I had to make two trips to the car to carry all my stuff. Very disappointed with the service today because I usually never have this issue.
