Hours posted are wrong. They are not open 24/7. On a second try, I waited half an hour for the order, only to discover that they canceled the order.

Doors locked earlier than hours posted. Did mobile pickup and waited 20+ minutes with order never brought out. Hopefully just an out-of-normal exception but very disappointing.
Next time pickup wrong items in bag and items missing. Also no condiments and can't get through to restaurant phone

No one greeted also the store was dirty fries on the floor tables were dirty and the crew was non hospitable the person it brought me to food. Apologized for the wait, but I had 2 other people. That came in after me got their food. First, the fries would look warm. The burger was fine but I would not visit this establishment again.

An older lady that was taking orders was super unprofessional, and I won’t be back. She should definitely lose her job. I did nothing to her. It was super unprovoked.

had to correct them about my order twice and they still gave me the wrong items. the staff needs better training as this is a frequent occurrence. i’ve never had this kind of problem at the burger king across the street

Drive through for an unsweet tea. Tea was good service was fast. I generally don’t eat fast food.
I was only going to buy fries but app was tripping I was so hungry they had an advertisement for 2 for 3 dollar pies . The first I ate was so burnt and nasty I regret stopping there the second pie was right but the nasty taste of the burnt pie was in my mouth I wished immediately I never went there
