I'm a huge fan of Moe's, but the experience at the only location near me left a lot to be desired. When I went to order, there was nobody at the service line. Eventually, the cashier, who was wearing gloves, came over to fix my food. I asked him if he was the same person handling the food prep, and he said yes. I asked him to change his gloves, but I was surprised when he initially tried to fix my food with the same ones he'd been using to handle money and other things.Then, I saw a woman who worked there sitting at a table eating, probably on her break. When she came back to the line, she didn't wash her hands, just put on gloves. It was pretty disappointing to see that they don't seem to take cleanliness seriously.I tried to find the cashier's name on the receipt, but it wasn't there. However, observed him serving the next customer with the same gloves, displaying a lack of concern for hygiene.I’ll be going to a different location moving forward.

I usually love Moes. I've been coming to this location since it's been here. I used to come once a week. I won't be back to this location. Management has definitely changed. No one that works here cares about this store. Employees are so rude. It's a shame.

The worse ! I ordered my food today through the moe's website directly as I do any other time I came to get my food the lady advises they can't find my order I show her my conformation email she then all of suddens finds my order then goes to says nochanluntley "oh somebody picked it up it was a black girl" like how racist can you be I said ok it wasn't me you see im here did you not asked for a name before you gave my food away? she gets real nasty I asked her to remake my food bc I did not get or give me a refund she wouldn't do either I will never order here again I will be dispusting the charges with my bank worse customer service ever an how tacky to just give someone's food away without asking the proper questions before doing so!

This was a horrible experience on January 26, 2024. Three employees and all were rude, disrespectful, and mean. Filthy restaurant, broken televisions, no music, not even a "Welcome to Moe's". I filled out a complaint on Moe's website and surprisingly got no response even though I requested a response. The phone number for contact on the website does not work - big surprise. Not all Moe's are this bad, but this one is and the corporation obviously doesn't care. What a waste of $45.This is obviously a trend looking at other reviews and all the owner says is "We hear you", "Oh no!", "We hope you'll try again". That's a joke, they don't care. They could show they cared by really reaching out to the customer and trying to make it right.

made a mobile order tonight and it came out amazing! portions were great food tasted fresh even though it was near close and the complimentary chips were amazing! they did forget one salsa but theyre self serve in the back of the store! would definitely eat here

I’m so disappointed. This food was not good and I usually enjoy Moes. The rice was hard, the chicken tasted old and the sides like veggies, pico looked just gross. The guacamole was bad, even the sauce bar was horrible. How do you mess up the sauce bar? Super disappointed and will not be going back. I spent almost $40 and the two ladies on duty behaved as if I was interrupting their dinner time. Do better Moes!!

honestly i do not even know where to start. the hispanics serving me did the worst job ever. they would roll their eyes at me when i would ask if they could please put a little bit more of a product IM PAYING FOR!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The person behind me was white and got more friendly service than me just because i’m colored!! THEY SHOULD BE FIRED IM FURIOUS!

This is the worst service I have ever had. They tried to make me pay for beverages i didn’t order. Refused to give me some of my food I had ordered and continued to talk about me in spanish not knowing I can speak it. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO THERE. WORST WORKERS EVER

I like their burritos a lot! Had to wait for about 5 minutes for someone (out of 3 workers I could see in the back prep room) to come out and take my order. The people are quick making the burritos in front of you, but not very friendly (a small smile would've been nice). I felt more like an intruder, especially at the register. I was using a current coupon for one of the burritos when the register worker starting saying something harshly to me which I could not understand due to her accent... asking her to please repeat only further aggravated her. The register will not ring up without asking what kind of tip to leave for about 2 minutes of effort for basically a fast-food order... if I had been ordering for a large bunch ok, but not for 2 burritos and no chips, drinks, etc. All in all, I will go there again, but the staff could use some coaching on what is expected in the southern US. Overall, I was glad to take the tasty burritos and get out of there pronto... no dining in with such an unpleasant atmosphere!
