made a mobile order tonight and it came out amazing! portions were great food tasted fresh even though it was near close and the complimentary chips were amazing! they did forget one salsa but theyre self serve in the back of the store! would definitely eat here

I like their burritos a lot! Had to wait for about 5 minutes for someone (out of 3 workers I could see in the back prep room) to come out and take my order. The people are quick making the burritos in front of you, but not very friendly (a small smile would've been nice). I felt more like an intruder, especially at the register. Poorly managed. That's how I would describe Moe's Southwest Grill. I went in there the other day and the place was a mess. There was food all over the floor, tables were dirty, and the bathrooms were downright disgusting. And the staff didn't seem to be doing anything to fix the problem. They were just standing around chatting with each other. But even though the place is a bit of a mess, I still love the food and salsas.
