“The reviews were positive and we were hungry, so we decided to give Fresca a try. To say we were blown away is an understatement. We didn’t expect a lot from a shopping center restaurant on Rockbridge Road, if I’m honest… and we were delighted to be proven wrong. My “Bees Knees” cocktail was delicious. My salad was a cut above— fresh greens, yummy bits of roasted peppers throughout, lightly dressed with a homemade vinaigrette. My husband’s salmon and my Peche pizza were absolutely on point; both entrees were creative and unique— and SO GOOD!! Topped off by house made watermelon sorbet, we were pretty much in heaven by the time we finished our meal. Can’t recommend enough!!“

“Excellent experience with my family. This place is casual, comfortable, and the food & bakery is absolutely fantastic. The menu offers so much variety, there is something for everyone’s tastes!!! The traditional Mexican bakery is phenomenal, a real taste of many people’s home. There’s many dessert options and the cheesecake & flans are delicious. We’re so pleased with our new favorite place to eat! Comimos muy rico y los trabajadores son muy amables y atentos!!“
