I frequently go to this location. I started using coupons and everytime I try to order my pieces of chicken I am told that I have to get a breast. I am not to fond of breast. I went today and got the 6$ BIg box and wanted thigh and leg and again was told that I must get a breast. I got to other stores and they never tell me this. Is this true?

Night crew is just plain rude, they'll lock the doors early and make you pickup orders via drive through. Filing complaints through the app is a waste of time

I knew that this was a newly built location. I visited at the height of the lunch hour. However, I was pleased to find the Team Members were professional, courteous and hard working. They assisted one another take and fulfill the orders. The level of Teamwork demonstrated is outstanding. My food was fresh, hot and delicious. :-)

Great experience and team . They work amazing together. Love the vibe and the customer service. Anu(hope I spelled it right) was extremely courteous to myself and the rest of the staff. After a horrible Popeyes experience at another location over 6 months ago, I guess I found a location I can frequent again. Thanks Anu lol

Every time I place an online order from this Popeyes location, something is ALWAYS missing 😭 whether it’s biscuits, sauces, or even my drink. And on top of that, the wait times are ridiculous. Even when ordering in person or placing an online order ahead of time, I still end up waiting 30+ min and the order still isn’t ready. It’s honestly really disappointing because I usually don’t realize items are missing until I’m already on the way home or back home. This has happened multiple times now, not just once. The food is usually good, but they seriously need to do better with checking orders and improving wait times.

Update: it happened again, two days in a row, I tried really hard to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but the attitude and poor service is indicative of a serious staffing issue. Do better.

Husband went there this afternoon to pick up lunch for us. Ordered a 10 piece and did not get one single chicken breast! Received FIVE drumsticks, 4 small thighs, and 1 wing. Both large fries weren't even full. Rip-off. I guess I should be happy that the biscuits were better than the usual hockey pucks.

The young man that was working the drive-through and the front counter gave excellent customer service. I regret that I did not ask his name because the receipt reflects a female’s name, which is probably the manager who was standing in the back talking to the cook instead of helping this young man.
