Was gonna leave a complaint but from the looks of things and voicing my frustrations about my concerns to the manager on site multiple times and nothing still being done about it I'd honestly rather like a direct number or email to either the district or regional managers/owner. Let's really see if any of these reviews, complaints and or frustrations reaching and are being seen by the ones that they are need to be seen by. If they are and nothing is still being done that'll show the character of the faces behind the employees they hire and allow to run their establishment. Also shows where and where not your money and time should be spent.

This place is horrible. Cashiers are all rude. Thousands of dollars in bank account and pump says "see cashier" when I swipe my card. Why would I want to deal with rude 20 somethings for gas? Went to Chevron

Gas pumps are not working properly it started to charge and kept going before it was putting out any gas. Inside of the store is always dirty. The drinks are never working. I’ve noticed the employees will tell you the rewards screen doesn’t work but then they scan their own rewards check and ask for a receipt. The atm is never working here. This place has really turned to trash since it opened a few years ago. A few times I seen they charged me more than what was advertised in the app and at the store with signs for the drinks I don’t trust this store anymore it’s better to go down the street to quick trip every time I check the price of gas qt always has it cheaper than this location

Card readers on the pump doesn't work majority of the time, and normally a long wait to checkout. The plus is that gas is the cheapest around.

5604 Lawrenceville Hwy. Lilburn, GA. locationSignage indicated $3.15 per gallon, pump #14 had $3.50 per gallon. When brought to the attention of employees, I was basically accused of lying. I wasn't lying, they were simply trying to price gouge. Bought my gas at Chevron for $3.09 a gallon instead. Beware of this Speedway!!Edited:I leave this review, which is quite detailed in a short version and the owner responds asking for details. I'd laugh if it were funny. I also posted this review on their corporate search and was promptly emailed a customer satisfaction survey. This pump is a cheat the price on some pumps are way higher than others. Price on the board outside is 3.19 and pumo is charging 3.40 for uld fuel see for yourself. When you inform at register they say it's getting fix but never does.Pls make sure you check before you end up filing it

This station does not maintain their pumps which leads to multiple frustrations on each visit...no receipt printed so you have to wait in line to get one, credit card reader doesn't work on every other pump handles missing parts (no auto shut-off) so you have to hold the entire time you pump. Real jenky which makes me think the gas must be jenky too.

The female cashier working on Saturday evening (01/21/23) was VERY rude. I will never purchase gas or anything else from a Speedway store ever again.
Cheap gas and soda, but the pumps are often out of order or are in bad condition. The store is untidy.

Very rude employees in the register if someone having trouble you should help not just be move out the way and get the next person in line and I seen this type of behavior only in afternoon hours

This has got to be one of the worst speedway I have ever been to. The employees need to be properly trained. There can be a store full of customers and free employees behind the counter but only one is checking people out. Definitely not a convenience store. I wouldn't even come here if it wasn't for the fact it is right by my house
