Man why don’t their pumps every work, they’re building next door, is that where the money’s going, and their response is please sent your complaints to this link and nothing ever gets fixed, I really wish it would get better, you guys are so close but even your prices when up when your next door competition are significantly less, and your app never works for your pumps
Was gonna leave a complaint but from the looks of things and voicing my frustrations about my concerns to the manager on site multiple times and nothing still being done about it I'd honestly rather like a direct number or email to either the district or regional managers/owner. Let's really see if any of these reviews, complaints and or frustrations reaching and are being seen by the ones that they are need to be seen by. I've been going to this store since they opened. Their management has always struggled and employees seem downright rude and not happy to be there. I'd say the store is currently at an all-time low. Please build a QuikTrip nearby soon so I can forget this place.
