Food is what you get at a typical Subway, and the store, having been recently remodeled is nice inside. The issue is the customer service. The two women that are typically working there are a challenge to work with, to say the least. Two examples listed below on two separate occasions:1) wife went in with our son, having already submitted orders online for ASAP pickup. Women working there talked with one another, completed every order ahead of my wife's, and then had to be asked by my wife to finish their sandwiches when the counter orders had been completed. 2) worker argued with me over the number of beverages that I had purchased. Even after showing the woman the receipt, she still continued to argue that I only ordered one beverage. I literally had to hold up the receipt and count aloud with her before she relented, and it still required three times to get her to stop arguing with me. No apology for her misunderstanding, and over what, a beverage cup worth a quarter and ten cents of soda?Will not return to this location after this most recent experience; better to take my business to the Subway at Five Forks and Killian Hill where the people are always friendly and they know how to treat their customers.

This is probably my new favorite subway. First off look at the location, it seems remodeled and looks great! I ordered "the Philly" for the first time and it was pretty good. I'd say it's a healthy version of a Philly because it didn't feel heavy once I ate it and that's what I was looking for. The other sandwich is my moms. We enjoyed the location, the service was good and food was fresh. I recommend if you're near by!!

First i called and the woman told me that they do participate in the buy one footlong get any footlong free and when i got there she tried to tell me it was only certain sandwiches these subways are trying to cut corners to avoid upholding company policies.Then she tried to refuse to count the change which was only 86 cents and tried to give it back to me just because she didn’t want to count it

THIS LOCATION IS GARBAGE.First the employee has an attitude when I asked for a sandwich and extra topics even though I willing to pay extra. While the checking out I could see the employee go in the back talk in an indian language with another person and then point at me then laugh. After that when I when to eat the sandwich had plastic melted in my toasted sandwich. When I called in to the location I could hear the phone picked up and then after I told them my issue they hanged up. I called 3 times and this happened 3 times. The employee that made my sandwich seemed to be a manger or owner. These type of disrespectful people should not have authority like this.

Its the exact same subway its always been. Never seen such a good example of "OK" . if I order a 12 half is getting tossed. If you're only gona eat half don't order a footlong just BC its only $1 extra or w/e
