I would order from here on Uber but I was around the area and decided to sit down. I am glad I did, they were so friendly and the food was great. I would highly recommend it, there wings were outstanding and the hamburger 🍔 was so fresh. When you visit you will not be disappointed.

If I could rate 100 stars I would ! Service was exceptional. These pics don’t do it justice because lighting isn’t great but trust me this is quality fresh food and I love the crisp in the wings but tender juicy flavor 💕💕💕 I will definitely be making this my go to wing spot ! Come check them out you will not be disappointed.

The good is really good and fresh. The customer service is excellent and they have a nice big tv to watch while you're waiting!

I ordered hot honey wings and they were really good! The wings were bigger than other places and the customer service was top notched. I will definitely be returning.

The best WNB Wing Factory ever. The front counter guy, Carl has the best hospitality. The food is always fresh and made to order

I had lunch recently at WNP Factory in Lilburn, and overall, it was a pleasant experience that left me interested in returning to explore more of their menu. From the moment I walked in, I noticed that the restaurant was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The dining area was tidy, the counters were spotless, and everything looked organized and professional. It gave a good first impression and set a positive tone for my visit.

The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. As a first-time customer, I appreciated how they greeted me and answered a few questions I had about the menu without rushing or brushing me off. That kind of customer service goes a long way in making a place feel inviting, especially when you're trying somewhere new.

Now on to the food. I decided to go with one of their signature items—the Kitchen Sink Cheesesteak. The name intrigued me, and I was curious to see what it was all about. It came loaded with a mix of ingredients, seemingly aiming to include a little bit of everything, hence the name. While I could tell the sandwich was made fresh, and it was served hot and well-prepared, I have to be honest—the flavor didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It wasn’t bad by any means, but something about the combination of toppings felt a bit too chaotic, like the flavors were competing rather than complementing each other. I think this particular cheesesteak might appeal more to someone who likes a very loaded, almost over-the-top sandwich, but it just didn’t suit my personal taste.

That being said, I don’t want to judge the entire menu based on one choice. In fact, everything else I experienced—the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the obvious freshness of the food—tells me that WNP Factory has a lot of potential, and I likely just didn’t pick the right item for my preferences. Their menu includes several other cheesesteak varieties, as well as other comfort food items that look worth trying. I could easily see myself coming back soon to sample a more classic cheesesteak or one of their other specialties. I'm especially curious about how their traditional Philly compares to others I've had in the area.

Another thing I appreciated was how quickly my food was prepared. Even though it was made to order, it didn’t take long at all. That’s a big plus for anyone looking to grab a quality lunch during a work break or while running errands. It’s fast food in terms of speed, but clearly made with more care and freshness than your typical chain.

In conclusion, while the Kitchen Sink Cheesesteak wasn’t my favorite, I still left with a good impression of WNP Factory. The cleanliness of the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff, and the freshness of the ingredients all make me confident that this is a place worth visiting again. I’ll definitely return and give one of their other cheesesteaks a try, and I’m hopeful the next one will be a better match for my taste. If you're in the Lilburn area and in the mood for a fresh sandwich in a clean, friendly environment, WNP Factory is worth checking out.

Super clean and great customer service. Best burger I have had in years. Tried the Wing Sampler and it was great. Crispy wings, great sauce, definitely my go to place for burgers and wings now.
