This is the best Zaxby's ever! The place is so Clean and the sweet tea is Awesome! Employees are so nice especially Sherry and Victoria. Plus They have a 100 score and that means they work very hard and work as a team.

Went through drive through. After placing my order, they asked me to hold on for LITERALLY 8 MINUTES! When I received my food, the egg rolls were COLD, the fries were BARELY ANY! When I asked if they could fix it, and how patient I was, she went and asked the manager and he said NO! .... THIS LOCATION IS TRASH. I DON'T EVER LEAVE REVIEWS, BUT HAD TO! WHERE'S THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! ZAXBY, YOU NOT ONLY NEED TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BUT MANAGERS AS WELL!!! Service date 3/15 @ 8pm

If I could give them no stars I would! Absolutely horrible service. My family and I went there last night paid almost 50.00 for our meal. When the order was given. The wings was cold just threw sauce on them. Chicken fingers was also cold. Fries was overcooked. As I placed my order I completely stated to the cashier to make sure the foof is hot and fresh!. These establishments hire teenagers and young adults that do not have good customer service . And expect customers to be ok with the food they are given. This needs to stop! Poor management what so ever. Then they laugh and thinks it's funny. I will never come there again. This place definitely needs to be checked ! To the cashiers and cooks there . Please have some kinda respect for your customers or you will loose good people to the lack of your bad customer service.

The grilled Philly chicken sandwich was absolutely
well !!!!i had that philly chicken sandwich .................again... lilburn gathe first time i ate it, i said it was the best sandwich i ever eaten.the second time i ate it, was even better. that is one incretible sandwich.by the way i am a sweet tea snob.................. zaby's has excellent sweet tea.......ok ok the crinkle fries, dip in zaxby sause are so good.

So to start I do want to say I’ve never had a problem with any employee. Everyone is always nice. But I’m writing this review bc today was the LAST straw! I got a salad with super mushy tomatoes! For YEARS this location has been terrible when it comes to food quality and attention to details. I know fast food is a fast paced stressful business but training needs to be tighter. People spend money here so something has to change. Over cooked food, burned fries, wings with a dab of sauce, slices of bread that just seems straight out the bag skipped the toaster, ALWAYS forgetting ordered items. I’m not understanding how anyone can serve up some of the meals I’ve been served here. No attention to detail at ALL.

I’m so sick of the poor customer service! If you get a customers order wrong the right thing to do is it fix it! It’s like we’re spending our money to be treated poorly and I’m tired of it! The manager did not get it right on this one and it’s sad because it was a simple solution to an issue their staff caused. I didn’t get upset or even slightly raise my voice but got a name and said have a great night because in the end it wouldn’t have matter if I did because if the manager does not care it’s truly pointless! I took a video I will be posting to social media as well I’m tired of wasting my hard earned money!
