Zaxby's is a popular restaurant known for its tasty food and friendly service. The Zaxby's Club Sandwich is a must-try, featuring perfectly cooked chicken and crispy seasoned fries. Customers appreciate the return of the beloved milkshakes, which are a highlight of the menu. The food is generally hot, tasty, and filling, with grilled chicken being a favorite for many. While some find the inside of the restaurant less clean, with sticky floors, the drive-through service can be slow at times depending on the location. The restaurant offers great sweet tea, and specials like egg rolls and shrimp tacos are enjoyed, though some find the tacos a bit salty. Kids also like the grilled cheese here. Some reviews mention missing items like coleslaw, especially during closing times, emphasizing the importance of proper consideration for customers' food. Overall, the team at Zaxby's works hard to ensure a pleasant dining experience, with friendly employees making it a good choice for fast food lovers.
