“I came here with two friends and when we walked in there were two three employees standing. One looked at us, one said hi but went back to what she was doing. VON came over with a big smile and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and his service was quick! The ice cream was wonderful!!!“

“I am quite impressed with Timeless Treat. I was there on 7/11. Had the Turkey wings meal. And when I say I had to stop myself from eating more after I was full! The Turkey Wing was falling off the bone, the dressing was great! The collared greens were good. A little heat but not too hot. Wonderful, comforting food. “I want to give a BIG shout out to your employee Miracle! On Friday, 6/24/22, I came in to pick up a cake I had ordered for a baby shower and the parking lot was taped off in front of the store due to the asphalt being dug up. Well, I had to park a little away, which I have a hard time walking. When talking to Miracle I mentioned about carrying the cake a little far and she offered for me to pull to the back of the store which was wonderful. But, then she said she would just carry it to my car for me!! I wasn’t expecting her to carry it for me but she definitely went above and beyond and gave wonderful customer service!!“

“Came in on 08/05, Tuesday, customer service wasn’t as friendly, but we tried again today 08/07/25, Thursday at 9ish and the staff was marvelous! we were welcomed by a young lady with blue hair, so kind and we ordered with a beautiful purple and pink hair who made our ice cream, she was so nice!! and then checked out with a straight dark hair guy, he was so kind. 10/10 customer service and we bought four ice creams for like 20 bucks!! the three of them were amazing and funny!“
