Came 12/17/2024 around 3:20pm & they dont have any white meat. Only legs & thighs. What kind of food establishment runs out of their MAIN food option before 4pm??? I asked can I get extra pieces of dark meat, since white meats (breast) are bigger..They said no…. They also didn’t even have their cherry poppers either. The gentleman at the counter was very nice, but he was very sorry about not having any white meats.

Purchased an 8 pc meal and the guy gave me 2 breast, 1 thigh, and 5 wings. 8pc meal is two wings 2 drumsticks 2 breast and 2 thighs. Definitely a rip off for 32 bucks. Please check your orders here. See attached picture.

jake is a shining employee, every time i come here ( as a doordasher) he always is respectful, doing his job efficiently, and makes sure things are right. made sure to tell the manager as well. keep being you jake.

I’m convinced this store deters business because it means they would have to work. Always out of something or tell you there’s a wait for something I believe to get you to go elsewhere. And because they’re hourly why would they care how well or much business the store does? They get paid the same regardless. I’ve worked off Thornton for many years now and went back today after boycotting them several years ago because the smoothie place drive thru was closed. And nothing had changed still the same lousy place it was. This location might was well close.

Don’t waste your time coming here. The kitchen had several young people who all seem confused as to what to do. There’s no sense of urgency. My order took 30 minutes, and the food has a weird taste. The grease needs to be switched out. The Mac and cheese was cold and the gravy had a funny taste. This place needs new management or to be closed down for good

The food was typical KFC. The restrooms out of order. The cashier indicated no receipts, had to verify through bank app purchases.
I placed my order to get 2 chicken pot pie first I was told that they didn’t have none ready and then I asked how long would it take for them to be ready? All of a sudden they have one available. I paid for the one and then I asked for my receipt. The guy said I can write it down for you because they’re currently fixing the receipt machine. That is unacceptable.
