Terrible terrible service and employees are lazy. The employees on night shift say they are out of anything and everything they don’t want to make or when they’re done working for the night. Very disappointing.

The customer service went above and beyond. Our food was delicious and hot. They had it ready by the time I got my drink. Manager even came out to make sure everything was good. The place was quite and clean. Seemed to be running very efficiently.

Whoever they have on night shift needs to be fired immediately. Especially whatever girl be in the drive thru….dudes be out back smoking or chatting while people in the drive thru just looking then ole girl on the inside doing who knows what cause she takes 30 min to come to the mic…act like she cant hear then asks “why u gotta attitude” when you repeat yourself louder…you tell her because she cant hear you and then she proceeds to tell you to pull off because she doesn’t even feel like taking your order anymore…sounds crazy right??? i am a advocate for fast food workers too because i know how stressful customers can be but I dont stand for disrespect especially when im hungry!

Went through the drive through @11pm on my break for them to tell me they are closed and couldn’t give me fries and I just seen someone get their food. Lil girl on the mic talking about “we dont have no fries” And the dudes in the back trying to holla at me while my window was down. Just crazy. They need to fire everybody and rehire..

I would give a 0 star if I could, I wanted to place a mobile order of several items only to be told by the drive through cashier that they didn’t have nuggets or fries available! Come on, are you kidding me? A Wendy’s not having those items available? You might as well not be opened. I never leave negative reviews but that was upsetting.

I am moving from Austell and I can’t be more happier! There is no good customer service anywhere out here and this location is HORRIBLE INSIDE AND OUT!! They literally try to bait you into arguments at the drive thru it’s the weirdest thing! They cut you off, raise their voice in an aggressive tone, I simply could not hear the lady on the speaker and her response was ‘everyone else can hear me’ and when I came to the window she was frowned up trying to have a darn stare down !! Ridiculous!! I recommend training of some sort. You shouldn’t feel intimidated while spending your money

This place is horrid. The woman at the window at 5:33pm on July 2, 2025 was eavesdropping our conversation and misheard us speaking to eachother. We said obviously to eachother talking about the verdict in the trial of Sean Combs today. Then the woman yells back through the speaker “WELL ITS NOT OBVIOUSLY CAUSE I CANT HEAR YOU” in disgusting tone and we’re like huh? Nobody was even talking to her. Then we ask for a drink with a biggie deal and she screams WHAT SIZE DRINK as if it doesn’t come with. Standard size. We decided to pull away and spend our money elsewhere. This lady is a liability to your company and should be reprimanded for her actions. We were concerned about her doing something to our food as a result of the miscommunication so we decided against the possible risk. Don’t eat here. Pls go elsewhere. There’s plenty options on this strip.

Go to any other Wendy’s. I’ve asked for spicy chicken nuggets just to get regular. Have gone to the drive thru at night just to be told it’s cash only. Went to get cash across the street just to come back and be told they’re changing shifts and it’ll be a thirty minute wait. A shift change an hour before closing??? Now I got the driest burnt piece of chicken in my sandwich it’s not even edible.
