This is a well run Wendy's. I used the online app to order my meal and took the take out. But the dining area was neat and clean if I needed to dine-in.

Picked up food from Wendy's in Morrow, GA. By the time I bit into the sandwich, I was already on interstate 75. I realized something was off with the food, so I just did not eat it and stopped to this Wendy's, to show the staff that I did not eat the food because it was not good. The shift manager Amaya immediately asked me, what do I want in replacement of it? And I told her just a sandwich nothing else but then with me being honest to let her know that the food was from another Wendy's, she said that she needed to call her manager. Once she finished the call with her manager, whose name is Theraze. She told me that she could not replace my food because it was from a different Wendy's. Initially, she never even asked me for a receipt or location. She was just going to replace the food. But then came back and said, I cannot replace a sandwich, poor customer service. I see why this Wendy's has poor ratings. A freaking sandwich replacement 😩

I never had an experience like it this one there's one young lady she's young they work at the window I told her that I wanted a double biggie then she tried to tell me I couldn't get a medium drink or medium fries that they didn't do that and I'm like you're a lie I know for a fact why are you doing this I said she was worked at Whitney she just quit a mother so I had to go get a manager and she corrected it then she's sitting down there talking smack you know with the window pulled and looking at me just talking I mean the girl don't know what she was messing with Right now if I wouldn't disabled yes I would have took care of her but I'm just saying you don't do people like that and customers I don't even know how to manage it just stood there Looking at her do this running her mouth I'm talking to Amanda she's trying to talk over the manager at me and I had to tell her be quiet I'm talking to the manager to get it correct and I said a double with bacon and she was trying to say I didn't say it I know I said it playing this day cuz I had to repeat it three times and the drink size and she's trying to tell that they don't serve that I used to work at Wendy's too so I don't know why they letting people like that and this is not the first time I heard about that Wendy's over there they need the whoever the owners are they need to tighten up on the managers about these people send them home or either give them some training and they can't abide by training fire them!
This is one of the better locations, big volume at lunch time, so the food is normally fresh and hot.

Slow, terrible blr, unfriendly service. Old bacon on burger, bun was soooo old. It tasted old and was falling apart on this visit and my last 3. No napkins, no straw and today my coworker got chili and no spoon! For those prices y'all need to do much, much better!!

I walked in after ordering an online order & everyone just looked at me. not even acknowledging me. when someone finally did she jumped to conclusions and when i only went in for sauce that was already ordered and paid for that wasn't in the bag. The food was cold but my kid was ready to eat so she took it. i then got a call from those in the car waiting on me saying we were missing a drink. she tried to argue with me about the drink saying it was never ordered when we had meals that all came with drinks. Will not be going back to this location!
