Food was good, the person at a register was great, very kind (5 stars to him) but the lady at the second window very rude and disrespectful, I asked for something I needed and she answered in a bad way and closed the window even when I was talking in a nice way. Not nice at all.

Came through the drive thru, ordered a Dave's Double with no mayo & the son of a baconator and added lettuce & tomato. I didn't notice anything until I was at work & was instantly upset. Neither burger was made properly. The double had mayo & they didn't add the lettuce & tomato to my son of a baconator.

Ordered online. Spicy chicken was way out of its hold time that it started getting soggy. Added cheese, didn’t get. Best thing was the lemonade. Looking at reviews, night shift is horrible and just doesn’t care.

I just left from this location at 12:18am and tried to order food for myself and my family. When I pulled up to the speaker to order, I was promptly greeted and asked for my order. I asked for 5 biggie bags (there are 5 people in my family) and the young lady immediately said “WHAATTT?!?!?!?!” I repeated myself THREE times, said hello THREE times and the girl just went radio silent. So when I pulled out of the parking lot, I could see two young ladies staring my car down from the drive thru window.
How lazy can you be??? I’m so tired of fast food workers being lazy and incompetent. The attitudes are as if they don’t have time to be bothered or to provide the service they are getting paid to provide!
I’ve given this location chance after chance and I’m done with it. Options are getting slim in Lithia Springs.
Food is less than mediocre for a Wendy’s. Takes a really long time to get food. They have to fix the drink for you and you can’t use the machine in the dining area. Employees are outside all hours of the night smoking weed they usually smoke right by the door or at the end of the building. They have friends come up at night and let them hang out inside or go outside and smoke weed with them. It’s okay if you’re desperate for food and don’t mind the lazy service or the smell of weed outside.

Pulled up to the drive thru, rep stated “we don’t have large patties or chicken”. I asked for #1 rep proceeded to say we don’t have large patties. I asked, ‘what has small patties? Is it the Jr burgers?’ Rep did not respond. This is poor customer service regardless of what you have. She could’ve answered my question. I don’t work for Wendy’s so I don’t know what uses large or small patties. This location is absolutely horrible. They need new management and accountability.
