Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

i have visited here about 6-7 times in the last 2 months and they have gotten my order right once. even after i have taken the time to explain what i wanted over 4 times my order still came out wrong today.

Was the only car in the drive thru told me to pull up to the tree....wait about 5 mins.
Ordered wings and things and got boneless some how first time I seen that mistake

I come to this zaxbys often because it’s close by my house but I will no longer after what I have experienced today. I come through the drive thru around 7:30pm and order a blue salad with no blue cheese crumbles and an extra tender. The young lady at the window was very nice and polite however this problem occurred when I got home. When I arrive home to eat my salad I notice the chicken looks a little funny but I don’t think twice thinking maybe i’m just tripping out or something. As i’m eating the salad again nothing wrong but I get to one particular piece and it just taste off . I spit that piece out and the chicken is raw so I call the restaurant and ask for the manager. The manager gets on the phone , I tell him what’s going on and I asked if I can bring it back. he says “yeah” no remorse no apology nothing. I then arrive back to the store and he asks if I would like it remade I say no I would like a refund & he gets an attitude immediately then acted like he didn’t want to give me my money back for the extra tender !!! He damn near threw the money at me. Management needs to do a better job at monitoring the quality of the food during the night shift. Every single time I get food here after 2-3 o’clock it’s always something wrong with it. I will not be returning to this location unfortunately.

Today I went through the drive thru and was told that I ordered one thing 4 count meal when it was suppose to be a kids meal and Salad. 2 employees decided to tell me that I would have to get back in line which was already long to place to correct ordered oh yay I'm guessing the guy was the manager whom thought it was ok to shack his hand telling me to go back around. The female was trying to out talk me. Very unprofessional and will not get another dime from my wallet. Sad bc my oldest 2 son's work here while in college. Thank God for growth maybe they should retrained employees about how to speak to customers. Best wishes.

( Drive Thru experiences) Food was good but I’ve been here 3 times already and two instances the lady handing out the orders (assuming expo) cannot expo, which normally I wouldn’t care, but on top of this she literally does NOT speak unless taking the order or asking a question? I say “thank you have a good day” and she walks back saying nothing; this happened every time I had her taking care of my order. I understand you have some bad days, but 3 times? She’s also gotten my order wrong 2 of those 3 times and never says sorry, one of those times I arrived to get my already paid order and she tried to charge me for someone else’s order. I’ve worked in the food industry both at a sit down restaurant and chipotle fast food. I KNOW how rude some customers can be especially when it comes to their food so I’m not understanding why she acts this way but it always makes me feel like she hates me lol. I only make this review to hopefully reach her, I’m probably going to be a regular so I would never confront her about it, definitely not planning to fight over something trivial, but I will raise awareness of the problem so people don’t take her actions personal and end up physically fighting over it.

This is the most immature establishment I’ve been to on Thornton Rd. But what can you expect; it’s Thornton Rd. The young lady told me to hold on, I sat in the driveway for more than 4 mins. Then I said hello, no response. So I go into Zaby's and ask for a manager; the front cashier had an attitude. The manager ( she, him, or whatever she wants to call itself!) was already on defense mode, when I asked what’s going on and told her about the situation. Not to mention, the young lady that supposedly had headset issues…wanted to be smart and chime unprofessionally. Which was odd, because she was mute before! I thought, when a superior is handling a situation, the employee suppose to stay mute and let their manager deal with customer! The car (Tesla) behind me left and another car pulled up. They sat there as well. The moral of the story is…this situation could’ve been handled several ways but because people want to be unprofessional. It wasn’t! The child that was working the drive thru knew she was having issues with her headset but instead she didn’t say it the first time when she advised me to hold on….not to mention. Instead of having me to wait, either she or someone else could’ve told me to pull around but instead they had me sitting there with no communication!

Came through from out of town just to stop by and get something to grub on. Food was extra fresh, they were quick without forgetting anything in the drive thru, and my boy at the window got me right with a bag full sauces, preciate that. 5/5

Skinny chicken unseasoned fries couldn't hear the guy at the drive thru and they almost forgot our drinks. Seemed very disorganized despite only having a couple cars as they tried to hand us two different orders back to back

Ordered on mobile app and ordered a Large Sweet tea, did this at 1020 and get there and no tea. Love their tea but why not just remove items not available so we are not disappointed. Also the lovely and smart mouth manager says well we ran out, you waited until the last minute to order. Honey last minute is 1055 or perhaps 1058, you close at 11. The fried pickles were great, the taco was ok. Rudeness from a manager of all people is not needed. Do better with your hiring of “managers” who have customer service skills.
