Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

So I accidentally ordered pick up when I meant to order delivery. I called the store. The person who answered it said they don't do refunds after they've bagged the order and that I should call corporate. Spoilers: All Zaxby's are FRANCHISES.

Then, they left my order on the cold counter when I said I'd have my husband go to pick up. It was sitting there when he got there rather than even in the NOT-HOTBOX where pick up orders are placed.

The manager was incredibly rude and difficult to my husband. He wound up reordering the exact same thing so I'd be able to have hot food and he's going to eat the cold food they left on the counter. The manager also didn't know that on the Zaxby's website itself, you can order pick up OR delivery on it. Yes, they deliver through a third-party service, but you can order from the official Zaxby's website.

Correction: cold Zaxby's left on the counter was not edible.

I'm sure she knew it was possible to cancel the order so I could put it in as delivery. I'd have been fine if they'd given the already bagged ordered to the delivery driver. Seriously. I can admit when I messed up.

This is after a side, two chicken tenders, and a shake were forgotten in a previous order despite that it was on the ticket. When I called the store, someone who wasn't a manager said to make sure I came on the weekend when they worked and they'd make sure I got it. Like... what???

Terrible experience. I'm not sure what's going on with this store, but the franchise owner might want to look into it. Looking at some of the other more recent reviews, we're firm that we won't be trying our local Zaxby's again for at least a year.

The worst location ever. Customer service is terrible at night. The lights aren’t even on. I guess to make customers think they’re closed. Yet they want you to pull up and wait on loaded fries under a tree. No thank you. It is 8/2/25. Whom ever their leader is tonight , is terrible. It’s essentially a domino effect regarding the staffs behavior.

Lakeya was very polite great for customer service ,she realy earned my vote hands down love her attitude n smiling face that makes a difference.i didn’t have a smile when I walked in but she gave me hers.ms Kim was amazing as well very nice and helpful to Ms lakeya

Out of sweet tea 2 1/2 hours before close. did not put any dipping sauce in the bag for 3 orders. bread not toasted and raw

i came in because the uber driver brung me the wrong food. i come back in the black woman i think she’s a dike but she getting mad that i coming back for my food. she screaming saying it’s a drive thru order when it wasn’t it was a uber but the wrong order. so i didn’t understand the attitude. everybody was nice and helped.

Went through the drive through and some how they forgot one of my meals and then proceeded to tell me that I would have to come back up there to get my refund or the meal but they didn’t even hand me a receipt they just gave me my card and said pull up

Enjoyed the grill cheese yesterday they were great.

came tonight at 10.38 and they were “out” just to lazy to make them.

I will not be back .
