Placed my order for 5 wings and Things when I got to my destination I found out I was missing one meal . I called the store and they didn’t want to do a refund . They wanted me to drive back 35 minutes for them to fix it.
Horrible customer service.

Placed a pickup Order for a Cobb salad for myself, the tomato’s were not fresh they were mushy. . I’m not a picky eater but food is just too expensive to not be fresh. Also Ordered a grilled cheese kids meal with chocolate milk. The milk was not in the bag. There wasn’t any napkins, straws or plastic ware. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to check my meal. Never had a problem with this location before.

I never do reviews but this Zaxby’s really deserves it! I don’t live close, I just stopped by because it’s right off the highway, and honestly it was the best experience ever. The person at the register was so warm and friendly, and everyone there had great energy — probably the best service I’ve had in my life.

The food was on point, everything super fresh, and the inside was really clean too. You can tell they actually care about their customers. If I’m ever around this area again, I’m definitely stopping here!

I went in and decided to try the fried pickles. First of all, they are wayyyy too expensive for that little bit of pickles. They were salty as hell and I couldn’t even eat them. I couldn’t even taste the pickle. I love pickles, that’s why I wanted to try them. They literally tasted like fried batter. The new assistant manager is very nice but he needs to calm

I normally enjoy coming to Zaxby’s and spend money here often, but my recent order was very disappointing. The food I received was not fresh and did not meet the quality I’ve come to expect. As a loyal customer, I would appreciate if my meal could be remade free of charge. I truly enjoy Zaxby’s when it’s done right, and I hope my next experience reflects the standard I know this restaurant can provide.
