“I do have complaints but it is only corporate vise. The past 3 orders I have done came through the Taco Bell app. They take the money but the order doesn’t go to the store. Each time I have to end up going to the store. Today the staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager tonight went above and beyond to make sure my order was done correctly. I wish they would fix the app but I will let you know the staff had all interest in getting the order prepared and ready. Lets you know humans are better than technology. Keep up the good work but figure out your application. You put hinders on employees that shouldn’t have to.“
“You have to order using a touch screen in the restaurant which is like a giant version of the app on your phone, but it was easy and the staff was on the ball! I could hear the manager calling times on tickets. The woman working the line called me by name to verify part of my order. Food was hot and correct. Best taco bell experience of any in a long time.“
