Taco Bell in Covington

“My husband and I decided to have lunch at Taco Bell around 2:14 today. We were disappointed, when we discovered that items we ordered were missing. We returned to Taco Bell around 11pm in hopes of recovering the missing items. We were helped by a young lady named Kassandra. We just want to say thanks so much, for the outstanding customer service we received.
I usually don't return when items are missing, but food is just much to expensive these days. This Taco bell has become my husband's favorite, and although a mistake was made, you all did not disappoint, in making it right.“

“I had to leave an outstanding review because I was genuinely impressed with the level of customer service I received at this Taco Bell location.

The establishment was clean, organized, and well-maintained. I placed my order through the kiosk, order #142, and realized afterward that I had selected the wrong item. Jovanee along with Stacy and Kamora, provided exceptional service from start to finish.

They corrected my order without hesitation and were extremely pleasant, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire interaction. I am next door to Chick-fil-A, and I can honestly say the service I received here was even more superb.

I have visited many Taco Bell locations, but this is the one I will continue coming back to. This shift and this crew deserve real recognition for the outstanding job they are doing. I hope this praise reaches the store manager, area manager, district manager, regional vice president, and ownership or franchise leadership, if applicable.
