I’m writing this review as a no longer customer. I have gone to this place since they were at their original location and have frequently gone probably hundreds of times over the years even now since they moved to their newer location years ago. Since they moved, I’ve gone to that location tenfold over the last. Within the last year or two I’ve probably been one of the most regular customers and get the same thing every single time.
It’s astonishing how many times they can try to skim you on portions or have workers that cannot close burritos and totally screw it up. They can never get their prices right also (this one is ridiculous!!!!!!) I don’t know if there’s a new owner or something but this place has gone so downhill and it’s so unfortunate. I’m tired of wasting my money at an establishment that doesn’t value their customers or educate their employees on how to do the job even somewhat satisfactory. I will never darken their door again.

listen, I went into Gezzos expecting a glorious West Coast burrito hug – you know, the kind that makes you forget your problems and question your life choices in the best way possible. Instead, I got emotionally abused by a tortilla.
The staff greeted me with the warmth of a DMV employee who just ran out of coffee. One guy rolled his eyes so hard I thought he was trying to check his own brain for burrito recipes. When I politely asked for extra cheese (you know, like a normal human), he looked at me like I’d asked to borrow his kidney.
Speaking of portions: they’ve started measuring ingredients like they’re rationing during the apocalypse. My burrito had three sad beans, a whisper of rice, and what I suspect was a single molecule of steak. It was so empty I could hear it echoing inside when I shook it. Spending almost $20? That’s not a burrito, that’s a down payment on disappointment.
The food itself? It’s gone downhill faster than a Californian real estate price in reverse. The tortilla was somehow both dry and soggy (an Olympic-level achievement), the fillings tasted like they’d given up on life, and the whole thing fell apart faster than my self-esteem after seeing the receipt.
Gezzos, if you’re going to charge West Coast prices, maybe stop treating customers like we’re crashing your family reunion and actually put some filling in the damn burrito.
Would not recommend unless you enjoy paying luxury prices for economy sadness. Save your money and just eat the wrapper off a granola bar. Same experience, cheaper.

We had a wonderful experience with Gezzo's Locust Grove! When we realized there was a mistake with our schedule, their team handled it with true professionalism and flexibility. They went above and beyond to accommodate us without any stress, and that level of service really stood out.
A special thank you to Sarah, the Catering & Events Sales Manager, and the entire team for your hard work. It did not go unnoticed. We truly appreciate everything you did to make things come together smoothly, and we will absolutely continue to use Gezzo’s for future events. Thanks again for everything!

I was so happy to find a tofu burrito! It was heavy, delicious and exactly what I wanted. They PACKED it full of veggies, beans, rice and protein. The ordering process was quick and ready for pick up on time. Ate here twice while visiting family from Florida.

Over the last 2 years I’ve noticed their portion sizes have decreased. I’ve experienced this just with the portion amount of chips, meat, and veggies I’d get for their Nachos. Besides that, their customer service is pretty good. Very friendly staff and have never experienced any issues from the staff.
