“I came in with three friends last night after celebrating my bachelorette, about 2:45am. Only one other couple was in the restaurant. There were two servers and one cook. Neither server wanted to take care of us. Nene said it wasn’t us, she was just tired. Let me just tell you — Pam was FANTASTIC. She took care of us and cooked all our food that came out accurate and DELICIOUS. She really DID that! Her customer service was fantastic as well. I was annoyed that the other servers didn’t care to make any money— why are you even there? It’s unfair to make one employee do the work of three. However, Pam did so gracefully. Anytime I travel back into the area I’ll call and see if Pam is working and if so we will be on the way, hungry!“
“I would like to congratulate and thank all of Waffle House's amazing team. I was truly astonished. In all my years that I've lived in Georgia, I have never visited such a clean Waffle House with great customer service. My waitress' velocity and ability was fantastic.The cooks are the most exceptional and quickest workers I've seen in all the Waffle Houses that I've been to. I have stopped eating in these restaurant chains due to my many bad experiences. Especially the Waffle House at 1820 Ga-138, Conyers, GA 30013. This place is abhorrent. The food is awful. The waiters and waitress act as if they were working for free. But THIS establishment at 4670 Bill Gardner Pkwy, Locust Grove, GA 30248 are number 1. Thank you, thank you, thank you, my friends. Keep doing what you're doing. You guys give me hope for Waffle House.“
