“Placed an order which wasn't delivered. I was out of the country and couldn't really follow-up until my return. I found out I had the NE and NW mixed up. My order was delivered, but we don't know who to! They were so kind to redo the whole order and personally delivered it. This is amazing customer service! Had to give them a shout out because this type of great service doesn't happen often. Thank you!“

I love that they have a rotating menu with different flavors to choose from each day—it makes the experience feel new every time. Everything tasted high quality and baked to perfection. Definitely worth the visit if you’re craving a sweet treat!“

“Blue rooster in Monroe did my wedding cake and it was amazing! Beautiful and tasty. Maddy was very easy to work with and did our cake exactly how we wanted it. They are a little pricy but so worth it. The cake was all eaten up at the wedding.“

“I ordered a cake for my 50th Birthday Event and I was absolutely satisfied. The customer service was excellent. The communication was outstanding. I requested the cake design and it was exactly what I asked for. Not only was the cake beautiful, the Vanilla Bean flavor was delicious. I appreciate Tier Coutour Bakery for making my birthday extra special.“
“Yes I definitely recommend them. Today is my son’s 12th birthday and he wanted some funny little creature on his cake that I made for him. At first he was wanting to put it on with icing and I told him that it can be a pain sometimes especially if he messes up it’s kinda hard to go back and fix it. So I called Decadent Creations and asked Chief AJ if he could print an edible Image. And without hesitation he said yes ma’am I sure can. And I asked him if he could do it small enough to fit in between the words happy and birthday on my sons cake and he said yes I told him that I wanted it 3“ x 3“ and without hesitation he said yes ma’am I can do that. Other places I called either said they couldn’t do it at all or that it had to be in an 8 and a half by 11. So thanks you very Chief AJ. We will definitely use your service again.“
