“I highly recommend making a stop at this location whether you are in the mood for tea or baked goods. Every time we come here the man and lady are always so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is comfortable with lighting, music, and booths. Seating is very comfortable - I would want to come here if I was wanting to go somewhere to do some work. It’s relaxing. I recommend the plum tea as it is always refreshing hot or iced. The pastries are not too sweet and are perfect for getting the sweet but healthier alternative. Please stop by and check it out. 😌“

“ABSOLUTLEY YES - my nephew ordered Door Dash for my birthday and the Souffle Cheese Cake is AMAZING and Emmy who works there and answered the phone was delightful when I explained I had received an order for my birthday and confirmed how to heat up my Croque Monsieur sandwich! I will definitely be visiting the Mid-City Huntsville AL location in person.“

“This place has a beautiful setting and fantastic fresh baked goods and pastries. It is a true hidden gem. I'm so sad I live an hour and 20 minutes away from the closest one, but it will not keep me away. I will be back again and again!“

“I want to give a special shoutout to Mano at Tim Hortons! He is an incredibly nice, respectful, and professional employee who always listens to the customer’s preferences and goes above and beyond every single time.
Even when Mano wasn’t the employee who took our order, he would always step in, take ownership of the situation, and find a positive resolution. His attitude, professionalism, and dedication to making sure customers are taken care of really stand out.
Mano would make a great leader at this location. Tim Hortons is lucky to have an employee like him!“
“Call the number at the stop signs before the gate and you will be allowed in with your truck. Drive round the facility till you see The Schwan Food company by your right side.
Very helpful staffs, got here 20 hours before my appointment, was turned back that they can only take me in 12 hours before my appointment. I called my dispatcher to get across to them because I was told I can come in 24 hours early.
I was about leaving when one of the staffs asked me what is going on where I parked, I explained to him and he made a call and I was given a door right away.
My dispatcher was helpful and the staffs likewise.
Plenty room to maneuver around.
Not sure if there’s overnight parking.“
