El Ranchero Mexican Grill & Bar - Loganville

Ordered online for delivery. When delivered, the wrong order was given to us. Called the number sent to us by text and they said they would have a driver go back by the time the food arrived, it was cold and missing part of the order. When I called the restaurant, the manager told me to call the delivery company, which is not clearly listed anywhere on there website. They just have online order for pickup or delivery and then tried to blame the delivery driver for them giving the driver the wrong food (especially since the order given was supposed to be for pickup, not even delivery). The manager said I had to go through some other company to get refunded for the missing items as they refused to replace them and wanted to take no responsibility for anything. I ended up driving to the restaurant to demand fresh food and a complete order. I will update with a rating if the food itself, if we ever get to eat it.

The food was great and the service was great. The only issue is that the owners chubby son who is probably 7 or 8 years old walked over to a trash can, gripped it with his hands and started spitting in it making throw up sounds even though he wasn't throwing up.

Something like that should be done in the restroom and not out where people are eating.

Then he walked around touching things like the cooler with drinks and the other cooler/freezer with ice cream snacks with the same hands he just gripped the trash can with and the same hands that he used to wipe his mouth with.

This is a business, so if you're going to have your child there they need to act accordingly if you want repeat customers.

Like I stated earlier, the food was good but it's not worth the germs that the little chubby boy is spreading all throughout the restaurant.

By the way, their score is 100, so everything else is good.

Its been a while since I was last here! They were awesome. Excellent food, excellent service, we ordered the chicken & steak fijaita, super flavorful and cooked perfectly. Highly recommended restaurant! We'll be back later this week!

There prices on drinks r high,they changed there menu don't have stuff I usually order,handicap parking isn't properly marked,no more 1/2 pictres,no 1/2 order of nachos,I've noticed usual customers not there

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. In my opinion they are the best Tex mex in town. The cheese dip and salsa is awesome. Service is fantastic. They always send out coupons. I love their horchata. My favorite dish is either the fajitas parallax’s for two people, pollo relleno ( with rice beans & toppings), or burrito taco rice and beans with enchilada sauce instead of burrito sauce. My husband likes the carnitas plate too.

Nice spot to grab a bite and have conversation. Love the fact the bar area is separate from main dining. It seems like they had karaoke there on the bar side.

Went to see Tommy Knight. Food was great and the Fuzzy Naval was delicious 😋 I got a glass of water, but could have used another one. Had to look for her to get my ticket to pay my bill.

If this place can stop letting smokers smoke next to the patio, it would be great. They never say anything to them, they just let them smoke around the customers trying to have lunch/dinner on the patio. All the smokers have to do is walk across the parking lot to the curb in front of the restaurant. I like the place, but don't go because of this.

A great place with great food and great drinks. Everyone should run over there right now and get some.

I was looking for a place with good food and drinks and this places didn’t disappoint. What made the experience even better was Dalenne, her customer service was amazing and I left feeling like I was family. I think I found my new favorite restaurant!
