If you are hankering for a late night sugar rush, or perhaps need a yummy distraction from a project you are working on, Insomnia cookies is that spot. There are a variety of choices in a traditional or deluxe style. Most locations are open until 1am for walk-in and will deliver up to 3am! There are several pretty yummy vegan options and one that is also Gluten free. They also make ice cream sandwiches with their warm cookies!
LOOK.... They're not the best cookies in the city-for that, go to Levain or Funny Face. BUT when you want a late-night sweet treat when everything else is closed, Insomnia does the trick. Their cookies are decent (I prefer a thick cookie which isn't the style here), and my favorite is the Triple Chocolate Chunk. They nailed it with their gluten-free cookies - seriously a gem for anyone struggling to find good ones around here. Every time I ordered, they gave me a call to make sure my stuff was kept separate. Definitely hitting them up again. Solid 5 stars from me!
