“I went to this location a few weeks ago with my family and the food was delicious, but more importantly, our service was outstanding. Michael was fantastic. He was very attentive, humorous, and extremely kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better server. If you’re seeing this, Michael, thank you so much. You are amazing and you made the experience a 10/10. It was an unforgettable lunch, I still think about it even now, weeks later. Next time I go to this location, I will be requesting Michael.“

“I know this Panera Bread Company in Snellville is the absolute worst Panera I have ever been to, so it's my fault because I know better. I went through the drive thru tonight ordered 2 sandwiches . First they tried to give my order to someone else and I said excuse me is that my order? And then both sandwiches were wrong! They can't even make a sandwich right. I'm not ever going back! I warned you.“
