A bucket of tenders smaller than my hand, was 44 dollars after tax. I have the receipt and picture of the bucket.
I sent a complaint through the complaint line. I'm very disappointed in the young man's behavior that is the manager at the location in Auburn, AL. on South College Street. I need someone to reach out to me sooner than later. I spent 15 dollars for ignorant customer service and a plate of poor attention. While requesting a refund the manager told me I could not get a refund due to throwing my receipt in the trash, I then asked for the general manager's number and he kept telling...read full review
Don't go here ..no receipt wrong change ..no drink with 8.59 meal and taste horrible.. Cold slaw terrible ..nope no. . more Zaxby's totally ..zero stars !
