Shoutout to Andrew! He’s a great manager and always provides excellent customer service. He’s friendly, professional, and makes sure customers are taken care of. Good customer service deserves to be recognized, and Andrew definitely deserves his props!
During my visit to try the new Pretzel Bacon Pub, Levitus, was extremely respectful and quick with a solution for my experience. The sandwich was improperly made and was replaced immediately after listening and reviewing the sandwich.
This is one of my favorite Wendy’s and that is out of 2 I like. I have never had a bad experience here. Every single employee I have ever dealt with has been so nice even when I always ask for my mayo in a cup. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I have no idea who hired here but you have wonderful employees and even managers as I’ve had them as well. Thank you

Customers have noted that sandwiches were not always made with lettuce, and some food was not as hot as expected. There have been reports of sodas tasting flat or like syrup, and some orders not being prepared as requested, such as a burger with no onions or one loaded with onions. Despite these problems, the staff are friendly and dedicated, sometimes preparing items like apple pecan salad from scratch with care. The classic Frosty chocolate remains a reliable dessert option. The location is still recommended for a quick, satisfying meal, but customers should be aware of possible inconsistencies.
