There is too much bread to meat for the price. It has a good taste, but if you order the 13 inch, you get 3 inches of just bread. They also charged me for cheese, but they did not add it to my sandwich.

It’s usually ok, sometimes really good. As I sat staring at my boring stir fry sammich with dry bread I then discover hair in my food. Returned the rest for a refund because who wants to eat more after that.

I just went to pick up an online order. I went to the counter where I usually go and watched multiple workers give at least four other people their orders, but never acknowledged me with a hello or even made eye contact. Had to go back to the register for help and when I picked up the order, the person who ignored me previously had the audacity to say “thank you.” Do better‼️

The subs are some if the best flavor combinations. I like that they fresh slice the meats. Service is hit or miss. The last time I went in, I asked for my child's sub to be a combo, they charged me for the adult combo, which costs more and did not include the cookie. I asked if they could correct it, but they were confrontational saying it's my problem. Also the pepperoni rolls were served cold and no sauce. I'll still go back because their subs are still great.Parking: Parking is difficult to find here and you have to pay.

Ordered my food first Surbowl Sunday thru Chow time app, AND GAVE INSTRUCTIONS in the suggestion box and what do you know BOTH sandwiches were completely wrong, so I called the store to get them redone they tell me they closed a few minutes ago and that I have to keep the sandwiches until Monday and bring them back to get re made, So I tell them this is my Gameday dinner and what I'm supposed to do since you guys can't read or follow printed instructions correctly that is proof on the receipt of what was SUPPOSED TO BE DONE, I SAY NO I CAN BRING THEM BACK NOW, he says yes my manager says she can refund me thru the tApp the following day this was 2-11-2024 and services is usually ok but ruined my day with the stupid back and forth arguing between the Manager and their Sorry associate who could have done the Sandwiches again while I was on the way back to return them who by the way was scrolling his phone doing nothing waiting on me like I was telling g a lie that my sandwiches were incorrect, WORSE FOOD SERVICE ON GAMEDAY EVER, NO THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL ONE THAT WAS HERE IN MACON YEARS AGO

Just ordered Philly cheese steak light onion and grilled veggies got home …NO CHEESE ONLY VEGGIES Was mushroom it was extremely dry??I order American special which also had No CHEESE and barely any dressing it is dry but bread is fresh and cookies are delicious.. I am very unhappy.. and if u think that 10 percent is worth my trouble think again.. I just wanted to enjoy a good sandwich

Delicious sandwiches and super friendly customer service. The bread on the sandwich is a little too thick for my preference, but it is very good. Not a complaint, just a preference. I will continue to eat at Baldinos! Better than most others sub sandwiches.

Great food!! I really love the Italian badallian and the pizza bites/rolls(I forget the name lol!). Everything here is so affordable and they make it easy to order. Not to mention, it is very clean here. I enjoy my time here every time I order!
