My mother visited this Burger King drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. She waited several minutes at the order board for someone to take her order, but no one ever responded. She watched the truck in front of her place their order and receive their food with no issue, yet she was completely ignored.
After waiting, she drove up to the window to see if someone could help her. The worker at the window was extremely disrespectful. She even told another employee, loud enough for my mother to hear, that “this lady thinks I’m going to take her order” — even though she never took the order at the speaker in the first place. When my mother explained she had been waiting, the worker laughed. My mother told her she would take her business somewhere else, and the worker still found it funny.
This is unacceptable. Too many young employees in fast food show up with bad attitudes and no willingness to work or treat customers with basic respect. Customers deserve better than this. This location needs serious improvement in professionalism and customer service.

This Burger King is my go to. The people are friendly, the food is usually hot and exactly what I ordered. The premises and the inside of the restaurant are clean and well maintained. Compare to other fast food establishments on Gray Highway, this one stands out

This is my second time coming to Burger King on Gray highway And I must say from the front To the back, everybody was nice and polite and respectful Tamika with my hot food and polite service and Shay with My order the service was better than I expected and had in Burger King. Thank you ladies.

The night time crew is phenomenal! Never a complaint when I go there at night. But I go for the first time this morning and first off they tell me they’re still serving breakfast, then all of a sudden they’re not so I have to change my order. I ordered a cotton candy slushy and instead of telling me it’s unavailable, they charged me for it and then gave me a different flavor of their choosing. So night shift 10000/10, morning/lunch shift 1/10.
