I usually patronize this particular burger king during daytime business hours and food is usually hot and fresh. But I messed around and stopped last night because it's not much open after a certain time on that side of town, let's just say I will not be stopping during night hours again. Food was cold so it was not fresh and I paid the price for the carelessness of the night employees.

I've always liked Burger King. The burgers are big and tasty. The only problem is that the place was very dirty. We couldn't find a clean table, which surprised me because it usually needs to be clean.

Drive thru was very slow. I ordered a large frozen coke and waited in line for almost 20 minutes. After such a long wait, I was quite disappointed to find out the cups at this BK for frozen cokes are different and significantly smaller than the Burger King across town. Idk, maybe they were out of regular cups.???

I came here and went through the drive thru for my lunch break and I always order the same thing, a double impossible whopper with cheese and extra pickles. Mine had no cheese, no pickles, and 1 impossible patty and 1 regular meat patty. I do not eat meat and this was very frustrating to find when I got back to work to start eating. A big waste of money

This place is always not accurate with the drive through order. You really have to check the bag and make sure your orders are all in there. I have gotten home and sandwich or side is missing. Tried to call the place and no one ever answers. and then when I tried to contact corporate no one followed up. poor services and food has gotten worse.
I was craving a Whopper, I haven't eaten one in years. When I opened it, it was cold. I couldn't turn around and go back at that time. Very disappointed.

Worst Burger King ever. And don’t order from the app because when they don’t have your food, they can’t do refunds and if you reach out to the management through the app, they can’t refund either all they’ll do is give you coupons.
