They NEVER want to serve ppl after 11::00 pm through the drive through when they’re hours say they are serving until 11:30pm... and employees will look at you through the window but not service you
The manager was rude and very unorganized I don’t think that’s the job for him. I mean I know while I was there they had messed up like 4 orders. They messed mine up twice and third time didn’t even give me my onion rings I payed for. Manager didn’t wanna assist me at all acted like I wasn’t even there
I ordered the frozen orange drink and this is what she handed me and no, I hadn’t dipped any before taking the picture. Another time I ordered a jr. burrito with salsa and I didn’t get any salsa. When I went in to get salsa, the mgr made me feel it was my fault by saying, “you have to ask for salsa”. If she had bothered to look at my receipt, she would have seen that I had asked for it.
One bright side at this BK is an older employee that greets everyone with a smile...read full review
