We got the combination plates. It comes with 3choices of meats and a side of rice. They only gave us two pieces of each chicken and a HALF A SCOOP of rice. The servings were so small we thought it was a kids plate. The food was not flavorful or pleasing to look at. The hot braised chicken was disgusting! The sauce tastes like some type of soy sauce and sugar combo! The rice didn’t even come with vegetables, and it was so bland! They don’t season any of the meat, they just fry it and throw it in some sauce! Not good at all! I don’t recommend going there ever!!!!

They won't make anything the way you want it. You get what is on the menu or you don't get anything. She treats customers like she is their bossy MAMA and the customers are her kids who have to mind. They don't have enough egg in the egg drop soup and they could make all of the egg drop soup with double the eggs and have chicken broth ready to be added if you don't want double the eggs. You can't get what you want. I wanted chicken broccoli and lo mein but their meal only has it with fried rice and she refuses to make it with lo mein rather than rice and just charge a couple of dollars for the substitution of lo mein. she REFUSES to give you your beverage that you ordered UNTIL the food is ready and her DEMON SON confronts you if he doesn't hear your order at the speaker and you have to order it again at the window and they make everyone wait at the window rather than getting you to park and just bringing you the food when it's ready. Instead you have to wait 30 minutes for them to wait on one car and then you have to wait 30 minutes for them to cook your food and you can't get anything made your way and they are extremely stingy with the condiments and they refuse to put any sauce on the food and everyone should avoid this Chen's wok completely.

I ordered a large meal; fried rice , egg friend rice ,veggie fried rice/beef, Mongolian chicken, beef and peppers entree, crab Rangoon.ALL THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. Hands down couldn’t finish any of the plates that I ordered and it was at least a 100$ minimum for crab Rangoon that was decent. Everything else tasted exactly American home cooked learning Chinese food. The lo mein that I wanted looked extremely slimy and overall taste of the beef was very questionable like it was unthawed…

They close at 9. I called at 8:20 a msg came on saying they wasn't taking calls if you want to place a order come to the restaurant. When I got there it was 8:40. I was ordering the combination plate and they said they don't do those after 8. I ask to use phone to call home ask ask what my brother wanted because no combination plates after 8. They wouldn't let me use the phone. Told me they were closed. I don't know what's going on with these restaurants. Apparently they're not interested in making money. Not only did they loose my money that night but lost forever cause I will never go back there. Who is training these ppl to work. How can these owners make money with the attitude of there employees. If I owned a business I would train my ppl on how to make money and keep smiles on my customers face. And if I got a review like im writing there will be percussions behind it. It should be 0 tolerance for disrespect of a customer.A very unhappy camper. That will never know what chens wok food taste like because there are 50 more places I can choose from to get Chinese food. I would also give classes on work ethic cause I see American has lost it.

I'm from detroit down in macon Visiting family for the holidays was driving around looking for something to eat Christmas day This place was the only thing open When I tell you this was the worst chinese food I ever had of my life Almond fried chicken tasted old shrimp tiny Fried rice with no vegetables or any color to it no bean sprouts My first bite I knew this wasn't going to be for me and I asked for a refund and was denied Then the lady says she will call the police This how yall do it down south huh?

The food was great until it began to get cold, even after warming it up, it wasn't quite as good! I loved the portion size! It was enough for me (I've had gastric bypass surgery)to eat 2 meals.
