I just went in to check out the scenery because I heard so much about the place, and the vibe was good. It's a pretty big establishment, and it was clean with a nice ambiance. I had one drink. It was a little strong for my liking, but it was ok. The staff were friendly. I will be going back for the food.

I can't figure this place out, they bill themselves as upscale, yet they don't have a phone number. Why would I engage with a company that I have to send an email to to ask a question and I can't dial them on the phone. Big business facade, no substance.

I went with a group of ladies expecting to have a good night based on reviews from people that recommended this lounge. My experience was horrible!! Our group ordered drinks at the same time. There were twelve of us on the group and we got there early in the evening, the lounge was not crowded at all. Everyone got their drink except for me. I kept asking about my drink and they said “it’s coming”. Twenty minutes goes by and they tell me “they’re working on it”. Finally at the forty minute mark I go to the bar myself. The manager is making the drinks and says “we don’t have the liquor you requested”. Why didn’t y’all say that forty minutes ago? So I substitute my alcohol preference and he goes on Google to get a recipe to make a simple lemon drop (substituting cognac for vodka). It took me fifty minutes to get my drink! FIFTY MINUTES! Mind you my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY after I ordered. Later the GM comes over to see how we are enjoying ourselves and I tell him “nope”. He asks why and I tell him what happened. Not one time did he say, “how can make this experience better for you”. He just smirks and says “we’re gonna do better next time” and walks away. That’s bad business in my opinion. Especially for the size group we had. Just know I won’t be recommending Churhill’s to anyone!

I had one of the best experiences yesterday at Churchills. This was my second time there & the service we received was top notch. The owner personally greeted us and made sure we were satisfied with our meals. Our drinks were top notch. Vibe, decor and ambiance 10/10. Cannot wait to come back.
