I recently ordered an 8-piece meal, which included macaroni and cheese and okra, late in the evening. While the chicken and okra consistently meet my expectations, I found the biscuits to be subpar. The macaroni and cheese had a stale, slightly burnt flavor, suggesting it had been held for an extended period. I believe a renovation of the establishment is overdue, as its current state has remained unchanged since my childhood. Service however was great!!!

Coming here can have its challenges. At times certain foods are out of stock ( Cole slaw, biscuits etc) BUT when they do, everything is fresh and hot. The staff here are friendly and pleasant. They do try hard to get it order out. Not bad but room for improvement with the above stated. Always clean.

I recently visited this restaurant and had the best chicken I've had in a long time. The food was hot and fresh, which really stood out. However, the establishment itself is a bit run down—there are no public bathrooms and no ice available for drinks, which was disappointing. Despite the disrepair, the fantastic chicken and friendly staff made for an enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for great chicken and can overlook the surroundings, this place is worth a visit!
