I am going to give them five stars on everything but read this comment to find out the negativity.My dad said always be on your best behavior you don't know who's watching the only reason I gave them the Stars the food was great the place was clean and the service was good the only bad negative thing I seen was they were piercing each other's ears in the back booth in the back of the store dairy Queen get it together there's eyes on you 24/7.

Tonight I ordered food in the drive thru. I ordered a 6 piece sweet chili basket with onion rings instead of fries. Once I got to the other side of town I noticed they did not give me sweet chili strips. In fact the strips wasn’t tossed in anything. Highly upset because I’m on a diet, and I haven’t been eating out or fried foods, and I decided to have DQ tonight as cheat meal. I called, I think they were closed by the time I made it across town and noticed.

Drove up and ordered a peanut buster parfait in drive thru. I got home and took the ice cream out the bag and I don't know what I recieved. Someone didn't understand the assignment. I can't make this up. Compare the photos. Tell me what the heck is this?🙄 So disappointed. But I'm going to eat it, lol

The staff were so polite and helpful! The chocolate shake was perfect! And...clean restroom!! Not all DQs are equal, sorry to say. This one is top notch! Will return every time I go to Macon.

Just left this place and the service was slow... I placed order for two blizzards. She only gave me one. When I asked about the other she said she didn't charge me... ordered the snickers blizzard and guess what.. got home and it's wrong also. This is the worst service that I've gotten from here. Should have went to Gray, GA to that DQ it's Great!!!!

This was legitimately the worst trip to this location that I have ever had. We went through the drive thru and ordered a sundae and a Blizzard. There was a line, so we probably waited around ten or fifteen minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got to the window. Once at the window, they took our payment and provided our food. Service like this is normally appreciated. However, it appears that when we ordered, they made our sundae and Blizzard and let them sit the 10-15 minutes it took for us to get to the window. This means the sundae, which is in a cup like holder had partially melted. The blizzard, which had a sundae lid on because it was overflowing had also melted and proceeded to spill all over my hands as I opened the lid. The Blizzard was also poorly made. I got the new peach cobbler Blizzard and there was almost nothing but the chunks of crust, very little peach, and the ice cream was melted in between. This was a colossal waste of $10 and means I won't be back for a good, long time.
