My husband and went to DQ on Gray Highway to get a chicken combo and got home we took it out of the bag to find out it was two chicken strips on a bun, what happen to the chicken breast this is very disgusting you all should be a shame please don't go to this

Do yourself a favor and don't eat at ANY fast food restaurant on this strip of road. Every single one of them are terrible. The people that work at all of them are awful, they will argue with you, get your order wrong 85% of the time and if you upset them in any way, I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in your food. For real, every restaurant in this area absolutely sucks

Told me to hurry up and order and was not compliant with what I asked for. It was on the menu. I didn't even want something crazy.
Got my order wrong, gave me a smaller size/entirely different blizzard. Then when I told them the order, they got it wrong again. Finally, they gave me the correct order, and 2 dollars back? This place makes no sense

Everytime i order a banana split i get a drop of each topping at this one. I dont know why at all but this is the last time im going there.I get maybe one strawberry (if im lucky) with a single drop of sauce, barely any carmel (I swap it for the pinapple) and like two spurts of chocolate that mostly ends up on the bottom rather then the top. The only part thats generous is the scoop of ice cream and banana but that alone does not a banana split make, especially dairy queens version of it. Even the whipped cream is 4 little buds.I dont know if its like a worker in particular that does it or like management doesnt know or something i just cant justify the price of a specialty ice cream that im not getting the full toppings for. I will continue to go out of my way to go to the other two dairy queens for this. This is the 4th time ive given them a chance and the last.The one in grey is fantastic as is the older one on pio nono ave so i would recommend the other two vs this one if you really need your ice cream fix and not to have your toppings half missing or barely there to begin with.And to clarify this time i did specify extra topping in hopes i'd get the proper toppings. I got 4 strawberries more then the maybe 1 i find and hardly anything else.

Absolute best damned Dairy Queen I've ever eaten at. Bathrooms were clean. The whole restaurant was clean. The staff was clean and proper.. Honestly thought, that they were over staffed which made things extremely quick and they even brought our food to the table.. There is a FAST FOOD GOD after all. The owner should be proud of his staff. Especially in a world where no one wants to work any more.. We will be back..

Literally stood at the register with the employee at the register as well and she continued her conversation with her friend. Her friend stopped the conversation to tell her to take my order. Order took over 10 minutes for fries and pretzels. Employees were rude and unprofessional. Would NOT reccomend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We stopped at this place while we were passing through Macon. I order a double cheese burger. Didn't think to check it but once I did I noticed it was no cheese on the burger. I was already on the highway by then. I googled the number and called them. The manager was rude and the some other lady that worked there was hollering in the background . Told me to bring the burger back and he would fix another one. I told him it wouldn't be until the next day. He said well you can bring it then. Okay so i brought it back today he fixed another one. The new burger look old and the meat looked gray. I took another chance with them and ordered a strawberry ice cream with pecans. The guy still put peanuts in it. I don't know if they can't comprehend or what. But i will never spend money here again. How can you read the order back and still mess it up? Just awful service, rude manager, and employees that don't care. Spend your money elsewhere.

Food was fine, as it usually is. We have never had an issue with service, but on this date, the person running the window just didn't have any personality; seemed to not be happy about being there and had little to say, including the typical greeting and goodbye. Won't keep us from going back. Just something worth mentioning.
