Stopped at this location while driving to Savannah. The guys behind the register told us it would be a minute before we could order. The delay ended up being so they could step away from the counter and visit their friends who had come in. They even had the whole group of friends behind the counter. Finally, a separate worker came out and took our order. We ordered a s’mores blizzard and a caramel milkshake. When we got our ice cream, both were somehow warm? The s’mores blizzard had graham crackers on top, but no chocolate or marshmallow and no graham crackers past the first few spoonfuls. And the blizzard was just as liquidy as the milkshake. My husband and I eat Dairy Queen ice cream all the time, and this is the first time we’ve had to throw it away. Would not recommend.

The food was delicious and filling, no issues during my visit, and everything made to my specifications, how ever it's location on the side of a gas station and not a spacious dining area left something to be desired

I work across the street and scheduled to pickup my lunch at one. I got stuck on a phone call and didn’t get to leave until 1:20. They made my lunch fresh for me because I was late. Awesome staff and the garlic pant tenders were delicious.

I asked for a Sprite with no ice with my meal, got back to work, took the lid off my cup and it's black stuff floating. I called the location and no one answered the phone. It spoiled my appetite for anything that I bought. I tried posting a complaint on my phone and computer but it wouldn't go through. Clean your soda machine!!
Service was fantastic. Clean establishment. Traveling on vacation. My bun on my hamburger wasn't very pleasant to eat. Stale? But the rest of our order was good. The workers inside were all professional and friendly. Fair prices ??

Jazaylah rang me up for the wrong thing and then caught an attitude when I came back, tried to argue with me saying i ordered a number 3 when i ordered a number 13 and snatched the bag. Never been argued with about my order in my life lol. I come to dairy queen on break everyday and never had a problem. That’ll be the last time cause the customer service is ridiculous.

September 29th 2023 I ordered 1 chilli cheese combo and 1 number one combo cut in half. Got to the window and paid $18.42. Asked for my drinks and he says I didn't say what kind of drink I wanted. So he rung me up as just a chilli cheese dog the burger and two fries. So the manager comes and asked what was the problem I stated I didn't get my drinks with my combos that your worker decided to change on his own even though I asked for combos. She processed to charge me for my two drinks which came up to an extra seven dollars. On top of that the chilli cheese dog had so much chilli on it you couldn't even pick it up to eat it.
