If your store is going to participate in the upside down or your next one is free blizzard promo, then you should honor it. It's posted on your drive thru signs. I was given a coupon that was supposed to be signed by the employee. She didn't. On my next visit they wouldn't honor the coupon and after they saw my frustration at the FALSE advertisement, they offered me a sundae,which i refused, because i want what was advertised. They have good food and the people that work there are friendly and nice
I love the items at DQ but the customer service at the one on Forsyt Red in Macon GA is the worst and they are consistent at it. I gave it three tries that was enough for me I won't be going back.
