Domino's Pizza in Macon

“Ordered 3 of the 9.99 deal pizzas. When I arrived there was only one pizza maker and orders were constantly coming in and people arriving for pick up. He handled his business in that store. He did way more than his job that day. With all of the chaos I was still greeted with a smile and like I was the most important customer to walk in. His attitude was the best I've ever seen in customer service in a long time. This is the Domino's store in Macon GA on Forsyth Rd. I highly recommend that the 2 delivery drivers and your store associate gets a raise. They were working on 8/25/2025. Employees like this makes your brand look so much more appealing. That means more money for you and they should receive the same. Not only were they understaffed to be running any kind of special or promotions. It's the way they carried your brand. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and there still wasn't a wait.“

“We love this Dominos location! Specifically this location to me is the best of the Dominos in the area. What initially set them apart for me is the amount of toppings you get with your pizza. They do not skimp you, you get a lot for your money. Of course the service is great too. It’s one of the few places I get my food and don’t check it before leaving the store cause I know it’s going to be great every time.“

“Most definitely use the app for the coupons. I was in the store last night and I was about to order the 11.99 Pizza. A young lady walked in and told me to download the app for better deals. She was actually a customer who was very knowledgeable of the products that they offer. I downloaded the app and even chose a little more than pizza. I was also able to pay with a different option which included my PayPal account.I was able to choose three toppings for the large pizza. I also ordered the garlic bites and four Cokes. The food was delicious and the customer service was great.“

“It’s game day in GA and I made the biggest muff up for the game. I thought I was ordering to pick up on Saturday at 3 but put in Sundays date. I got to the store and realized the mistake. Ashley immediately jumped in and got me taken care of.“
