“We ordered 10 large pizzas for a kids event we were having at Trampz. The pizza was delicious because there wasn't any left at the end of the night. I was helped by Gabriel who offered to help me carry the pizzas out to my car. Excellent customer service by going above and beyond what was expected! 🫡“

“The lady that was there working by herself was named Akeela. At first the app said the food was ready, but we still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. At first glance I thought she was being rude and poor customer service, then I realized no one else was in the store and she was LITERALLY working alone. She made at least a dozen items while my dad and I watched. She wasn’t talking to us AT ALL, just making orders. Finally ours came out and she STILL was making food while ringing us up. My only complaint is she didn’t communicate with us thoroughly; we just read the room and physical cues to understand the pressure she was under & she didn’t wear gloves but she may have washed her hands but I’m not sure. The delivery guy came in and she asked him why he took so long to return; only ONE delivery guy came in while we were there. I asked how long has she been there alone, she said since her shift started. This is sad and heartbreaking for people to have to work alone. Bless her heart and may she have lots of blessings headed her way. She deserves a HUGE RAISE!!!!!“

However, I was surprised to find that there was an extra charge for parmesan cheese, which is unusual compared to other pizza places. Adding this cost could be reconsidered to enhance the overall customer experience.

“Food was delicious but I have an idea instead of just placing the wings in the box and drizzle the sauce put them in a bowl drizzle the sauce and shake them up like the pictures in the website other than that it was delicious definitely will be ordering again“

“This is a shout out to April. I called asking her why there wasn't a sticker closing the box for a delivery. She advised me that it doesn't have anything to do with her. Call corporate. I said ok. Then I told her I didn't like how the pizza was prepared. She asked me what did I want her to do? I said remake them. She agreed. Now she did come off kind of upset. I get it. She said I would have to come in to pick it up, there is no delivery driver available. First I went to the wrong location, her husband store. He gave me the directions to her store. When I arrived and started talking to April, she is the sweetest, she made that pizza with care and she put some garlic butter on my pizza. I know sometimes things don't always go the way we like with fast food, we should stop complaining so much and be grateful they come to work. Thank you April, I appreciate you and I know your husband and y'all children, and grands appreciate you too. Keep doing your job......... God see you!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“Pizzaa was very good with just the right amount of toppings. I had an issue where my soda was accidentally forgotten in a delivery, but the manager got it sorted out quickly for me. I've only been here twice now, but the experience and taste have been good!“

There was a young lady that answered the phone when my order was incorrect and instantly offered to fix it. “I realized it’s been a couple of months since I last placed an order from here but saw the horrible reviews and thought I would try my luck anyway 😂 and I‘m sure glad I did! This particular location is very close to where I stay sometimes and I’m about to order from them again because I had a great first experience. The pizza was hot and fresh. Everything tasted good and I was greeted kindly when I walked in to pick the food up. The order was accurate. Can’t ask for much more than that. It could also depend on what time of day you order and whether you’re doing pick up or delivery, but I’ll vouch for the pick up experience and say it was top-notch. This location was fast, precise with the orders, and was extremely generous with toppings. One of the best pizzas from a Dominos I've had in a while -- thank you!“
