“Quincy has been delivering excellent customer service for years. He's always polite, greets me by name and my food is always fresh, delicious & correct. I go out of my way to order from this store because they have the absolute best thin crust pizza. Tim is great too. Very personable and makes my food correctly every time.“

“i honestly don’t know about the bad reviews because i personally can’t relate 😭 every time i’ve come to this location lately, the pizza has been fresh, hot, and ready pretty quick. i don’t know if the staff changed or what, but they’ve been doing a great job. i love ordering ahead and grabbing something nice and quick after a long day. my orders have been accurate, the employees have been kind, and the food has actually been really good every time i’ve gone.“

The teo Young Indian men were Impolite!

I had just ordered a pizza 3 days before.
It was a Woman and a Man there...

Sh emade my Pizza PERFECTLY!!!!

Reorderd a Pizza today.
When I got to my car, it was not correct.

I went back in and asked the young man at the counter, could he give me the correct sides that were on my order.

He proceeded to tell me that they were under the cheese...
It was like cheese, so I would be able to see any hidden toppings. And that's not something I should have to dig for... lol!

Especially the topping that I ordered extra of!

He goes back to the other young man that's making the pizza and then they begin to speak in another language and shake their heads negatively and then whisper something...

And then he grabs a container with his fingers and no gloves and puts the food in the container and gices it to me.

He did ask that I want them to heat up the meat in the container. But at that point I was pissed and I didn't want to stay in there any longer, so I told him no and I left.“

“My experience was amazing. The store staff was very helpful, I was greeted by everyone when I walked in with smiles. It seems to be under new management which gives a surprise given the recent reviews on this location. I’ve been coming here for years and some nights have been rough but they’ve made my order accurately everytime I’ve ordered. I spoke with the manager on duty Brittany who took my order, the GM Sydney who prepared it and their driver Jecovi who would’ve delivered if I didn’t order carry out. “This is a shout out to April. I called asking her why there wasn't a sticker closing the box for a delivery. She advised me that it doesn't have anything to do with her. Call corporate. I said ok. Then I told her I didn't like how the pizza was prepared. She asked me what did I want her to do? I said remake them. She agreed. Now she did come off kind of upset. I get it. She said I would have to come in to pick it up, there is no delivery driver available. First I went to the wrong location, her husband store. He gave me the directions to her store. When I arrived and started talking to April, she is the sweetest, she made that pizza with care and she put some garlic butter on my pizza. I know sometimes things don't always go the way we like with fast food, we should stop complaining so much and be grateful they come to work. Thank you April, I appreciate you and I know your husband and y'all children, and grands appreciate you too. Keep doing your job......... God see you!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“I realized it’s been a couple of months since I last placed an order from here but saw the horrible reviews and thought I would try my luck anyway 😂 and I‘m sure glad I did! This particular location is very close to where I stay sometimes and I’m about to order from them again because I had a great first experience. The pizza was hot and fresh. Everything tasted good and I was greeted kindly when I walked in to pick the food up. The order was accurate. Can’t ask for much more than that. It could also depend on what time of day you order and whether you’re doing pick up or delivery, but I’ll vouch for the pick up experience and say it was top-notch. Looking forward to my next order!“

“Ordered my son pizza and went to scoop it only to find the manager was running the entire operation from start to finish solo. Only 2 delivery drivers and a one-man pizzeria. He moved my order up in the queue since I was already there. One pizza was wrong, I hated to tell him cause I could already see how tired and overwhelmed he was, but he remade the pizza and sent me on my way back home a happy customer.

Had I not seen the store was short-staffed I’d have probably left a 1 star review for the delay. Thank you guys. Will be back“

“The one worker who was in there today (6-2-2026) was very professional. She was busy and on her feet, but she still took the time to ask me questions about my pick-up order as soon as I came in.
She was professional and polite, despite being the only worker there and her being so busy.“

“I had a rough day today after traveling home from out of State. I was not in the best mood when there were complications with a lost order for delivery. Eli and crew were very kind and patient with the situation, and they made the situation right when I came to the store asking for their help.

“I've ordered from this specific location a half dozen or more times. I always order online and just do carryout, so maybe that's what's been saving me - but I have not had a single issue here, despite the crazy negative reviews. They've always made my pizzas correctly and they've tasted pretty solid (standard Domino's). I don't really have any complaints about the food or service, but the parking lot is tiny and the area around it doesn't look that great.“
