Even though the item wasn’t available, Lucas outstanding customer service completely turned the experience around. Lucas deserves recognition for going the extra mile and treating me like a valued customer. Thank you Lucas for your exceptional service it was genuinely appreciated😃🌟
Even though our order came out so terrible I was really impressed with the manager on duty. He was so professional and solution oriented and offered us immediate resolution to our problem. We come to this dominoes all the time and never have a problem. It was a one time thing, and he handled it with such grace and kindness. This manager needs his own store! Domino's Pizza is a place with mixed reviews. Some customers praise the quick delivery and friendly drivers, often receiving hot and fresh food promptly. Several mention that they regularly order from this location and have consistently good experiences with the food and service, especially noting the quality of the pizza, such as a well-made thin crust pizza with alfredo sauce, spinach, mushrooms, pineapples, jalapeños, and provolone cheese. However, others have faced issues, including slow service at the restaurant, with one customer waiting an hour and experiencing unprofessional staff. There are also complaints about incorrect orders, such as missing or extra toppings on pizzas. Overall, while many enjoy the food and fast delivery, some have had negative experiences with service speed and order accuracy, leading to hesitation about returning soon.
