It's been an hour and a half and no pizza. No one answering phone. It took an hour to go into the oven. Are y'all ok over there? Bc I'm super confused why this is happening AGAIN. Last time we had to go pick it up and there was no apology or even acknowledgement of the delay.
I recently placed an order online for delivery. An hour or so later the tracker indicates my delivery driver was pulling up to my house, but no one ever arrived. I called the store and was told the driver was in route to my home. 40 mins later, I call back concerning my delivery and was told the delivery driver was unable to find my house. I never received a call. I asked if the pizza could be delivered and the driver was less than enthused. 10 mins later I received a text saying...read full review
Placed my order 40 minutes ago and given less than 30 minute pickup window and my order hasn’t even made it to the oven...hope for the time it’s taking its right and hot
