Firehouse Subs Eisenhower Crossing

I have seriously lowered my expectation for food service lately but this particular Firehouse always comes through with the BEST and FASTEST customer service! Plus the food is always sooo good! The whole team here should be celebrated!

i came in for a mobile order. Apparently they moved their online pick up counter over by the bathrooms (because obviously thats where it should go ?) The employees all ignored me when i came in and avoided looking at me. After i got home and opened the box, i noticted that it looked odd. It didnt look how a normal sandwhich from firehouse would, the bread was really light colored and kind of stale. My sandwhich was missing half of what was supposed to be on it and it tasted funny. The next morning my stomach was hurtingg. This isnt the first time ive gotten sick at this location, ive been coming here since i was a child. It used to be really good, but the past couple of months its gone downhill. Its always dirty, the food looks questionable and the employees either ignore you or have an attitude. They also like to close early with no warning, so make sure they are open before placing a mobile order.

So we have to contact uber support when YOU make a mistake on an order. How would that work since your resturant packed the order? I asked for Nacho cheese doritos and a Sprite and I got Cool ranch, which I do not like and diet coke which I do not like. Don't blame Uber for your mistakes. Next time I order I will try Jersey Mikes and see if they can get it right and not do the blame thing.

Bad customer service ! The girl with the tattoo on her face is very unprofessional with an attitude problem .

They had no Microwave to cook the onions and peppers. They also didn't have any meatballs for the subs. Not good. And please don't ever ask me to go online to complete your responsibilities as an employee. I'm not on the payroll, you are. I took a look at other complaints recently and these problems have been persistent for a year. No one within the company seems to care about the customers concerns. The company knows, it's time for the local media to respond. ASAP!

This is a great place but it’s one girl (was the cashier round 12) who works there she should just quit she look like she hates her job and greets every customer with a attitude won’t eat there again if she working

Literally never answers the phone for you to place an order. Almost appears like workers would rather ride the clock than actually work. Happened on the last 3 occasions I’ve tried to place an order, officially won’t be trying again. Fortunately, McAlister’s is happy to accept orders and do business.
