I am assuming he is the owner. He was extremely rude to me as a customer. I had placed an online order to which I saw my food sitting on the counter behind him. I received a message saying my food was ready prior to me walking in the store. The young lady at the register was the only one who greeted me and asked me to wait a second. The other guy who I am assuming is the owner, kept calling people for their orders, NEVER addressing me. He then looked at me and told me to "move"....read full review
I love this place! Best wings in town in my opinion. Fried rice is good too. I only had one issue were I was put on hold and had to hang up, but that only happened once & they get busy. The staff is always friendly. The cashier called me by name when I came in today!

WNB Factory - Wings & Burger is a top notch place in Macon. The food is always great, and the food never miss. Favorite wing and rice spot. Flavors to try: Hot BBQ, Honey Hot, Honey Lemon Pepper. The burger and fries were delicious, and the 12 inch Philly steak, wings, and House Fried Rice were very good. The store is kept very clean. Customer service was excellent. Staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and made customers feel welcome. They are attentive, pleasant, and repeat orders to make sure everything is correct. It is hard to find great customer service in Macon. Will definitely be returning to try the burgers.
