Nice zaxbys restaurant. The food was great but the employees need to take some hospitality classes or seminars or something. The drive thru cashier was a bit rude and rushy.

i visit zaxbys maybe every 3 times a month but i always remember a red head girl up front saying “hello welcome to zaxbys are you having a “zax”-tastic day?” I can’t remember her name i asked for her name she said something like niecey or denise she was wearing a zaxbys raincoat running around like she managed the store i asked her if she was a manager she told me “no maam” i was shocked by the way she was working i believed she was a manager. i don’t know but...read full review
