If it ain’t one bad thing it’s another . They forgot my cookies in the bag twice when I went there . So that’s over 4 dollars wasted . The food hasn’t been as good as it used too and the drinks are less carbonated than usual . Like their flat . Even their cup of water taste funny . And their chicken tenders are smaller .

The restaurant was absolutely packed with a line out the door!! They got us out fast, all correct food (I had 3 orders) and they were super friendly!! Love this location!!

I went there on my lunch break and went through the drive thru. There was a line and I wasn’t worried about it cause it was moving when I got there, but then I get to the speaker and sat there for about 5 mins. Nobody said anything on the speaker, at all the whole time I was sitting there. I can get it if ur busy but they could have said just give me one moment. I don’t understand. I went inside and it wasn’t so bad but I feel like they should have atleast said something when they have a line wrapped around the building. I know atleast 3 cars behind me pulled out the line as well and went inside. I will never go there again. Everytime I go it’s a horrible experience. There attitude is also a problem.

Food is generally good. The salads are fresh, and the drive thru moves as quick as you'd expect for fresh food. I like the order ahead option in the mobile app, which has lots of freebies. The star deduction only came because sometimes you might have a missing sauce. Last night, we didn't have zax sauce in the order, and the meal just didn't taste the same.
I went for a simple order. The egg rolls and a chicken little. They just throw the sandwich in the container, and the egg rolls were fried in dirty grease the egg roll was so dark. I hate busting food in Macon GA nobody cares about the presentation of the service or food. Then the white girl who took my order act like she had an attitude.

The WORST Zaxby's in Macon! Terrible service and the young kids have the worst attitudes that work there. Ghetto acting & unprofessional. I was missing one of my meals in the drive through, I informed the young lady, she left the window came back and literally stuck her body out the window trying to look in my car as if I was lying about the missing meal. Unbelievable.. Zaxby's should invest in some customer training skills. I hope this location works on hiring kids with good grades & that are serious about responsibility, respect & doing things the right way.
