I came in during lunch rush and the guys working there were busting their tails trying to make all the orders as quickly as they could. They make every sub to perfection and they kept me informed how many people were I front of me. After I got my sub, they even offered me a free drink and chips for waiting so long but I told them that they didn't have too and I knew they were busy. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Keep up the great job you guys.

I’ve had the best experience at this firehouse. I live in Covington and I was head home and decided to stop on my way and glad I did. Nate and Yvonne had great customer service and convinced me to buy more than I was planning on getting. They made my sandwich quickly and I’m a happy customer. If I ever drive through Macon and crave a sandwich I will be stopping here. I just took a bite of my Jamaican Jerk Turkey and it’s BUSSIN!!! Thank y’all

Food is always great. Customer service, not so much. Also, if you order online, be sure and walk inside to get your order bc they rarely check the drive through window for customers, nor does anyone ever thank you. On this trip, there were also items missing from the order, but I will own that since I should have known to check the bag.
