First and foremost, I am still sitting in my seat, within the establishment, newly named Southern Vegan Soul Cafe. I see why there are very few pictures of the food and more comments. Time and consideration was put into every ingredient, every dish and everything was made fresh. I have been Vegan for about 2 years and have had a hard time finding a Vegan Soul Food establishment, let alone finding a Vegan Restaurant on the East Coast, Southside area. This is the dopest, I travel for work and came across this gem , thank goodness . And Jessica, omg Jessica is a blessing, kind, fun and sweet. Great atmosphere, excellent customer service, great place overall.

I ate here when they came to my job for food truck Friday. They had a specialty menu available for the day, none of which was actually listed on the truck's signage though. I had a pasta with "chickn", greens, bread, cupcake and a "chickn" noodle soup. Everything was quite good and I had plenty left for dinner later. I cant wait to try their actual restaurant!

It need better customer service for it to be such a new spot....I Walked Up and told dude I want a cinnamon roll...he was looking down in phone...I waited..no acknowledgement...so i asked "Did you hear me??"

I wish there were several Gourmet GoodyBox cafes all over the country. Since there isn't I will treasure the delicious cupcakes and deserts in my area all the more. Gourmet GoodyBox has delicious, fresh made products that have no artificial ingredients. They are the best desserts I have had in a long time bar none!

Just ordered here for the first time and MY LAAAAAWDDDDDD they are good! This is a vegan food truck but their food options taste like what you expect food to taste like in heaven. It's seasoned spectacularly, great sauces, and the texture mimics meat. I got the Pulled BBQ Texas Toast sandwich and a side of Buffalo Chicken Tenders (again all vegan) and it was seriously life changing. Go eat there if you haven't. I only write reviews when places are super shitty or when they are absolutely amazing, and this y'all is amazing. I wish I had pictures for you but I ate it so quickly I couldn't even focus on my phone. I got y'all next time , because I WILL be back.
