First and foremost, I am still sitting in my seat, within the establishment, newly named Southern Vegan Soul Cafe. I see why there are very few pictures of the food and more comments. I ate here when they came to my job for food truck Friday. They had a specialty menu available for the day, none of which was actually listed on the truck's signage though. I had a pasta with "chickn", greens, bread, cupcake and a "chickn" noodle soup. Everything was quite good and I had plenty left for dinner later. I cant wait to try their actual restaurant!
Just ordered here for the first time and MY LAAAAAWDDDDDD they are good! This is a vegan food truck but their food options taste like what you expect food to taste like in heaven. It's seasoned spectacularly, great sauces, and the texture mimics meat. I got the Pulled BBQ Texas Toast sandwich and a side of Buffalo Chicken Tenders (again all vegan) and it was seriously life changing. Go eat there if you haven't.
